I would agree with the other commentaries. It is on the high side of the price spectrum. These prices are looking like there are commissions from real estate companies that push up the prices. If you are certain the price is a bargain, show the comparable properties that substantiate your opinion. Buyers desire complete transparency and if there's a 10 to 20k Euro commission, mention that. Beyond that, show us killer deals where we can say, now that's an Italian bargain! Thank you!
Have they previously requested a well installation that was turned down? It would be a major undertaking to maintain a pool kn trucked in water I would think
Is there a possibility for a wood fire stove and solar panels? As a I am looking for a place to retire, making this place a home is ideal. The size is perfect for me. What is the reason for the sale?
not way overpriced. Perhaps there are cheaper places offering something similar. It also depends on location though. If you go much more inland things will be cheaper but I don't think you can buy something like this (finished) near Ostuni with 7000m2 for 120k. Or do you think I am mistaken?
@@mradventurer8104 this is not a finished property..it requires work--... you are mistaken there. Overall...you are mistaken..This from my experience and research looking at many properties in italy in the area. this is my opinion as you have yours.

@@everythingtraumaic5069you also need to see the paperwork, is it all in order? 90% of the properties we come across have some sort of issue with the paperwork, this obviously affects the price of the property… if a price seems to good to be true it may be that the paperwork is a mess.
@nortontanzarella9857 - what would be a reasonable cost (e.g. 15k - 20k?) to finish the property in the ways in which you suggest? Heat/Cool, enclose a kitchen, add 30m, using local contractors? Anyone else feel free to chime in, as I still havent gotten my head around renovation costs in this part of Italy.
Keep in mind a pool should be around 30/40 000 euros. The rest of the house doesn’t actually need that much work but I would say you are more around the 50/60 000 euros to get it fully finished with a pool
This a terrific place. Love it!
Thank you!
Very nice

Has the vibe of a weekend getaway “beach” house. Would be nice with a pool for sure

Yes that should not be a problem! The owners are from the north and it has become difficult for them to come down to Puglia
Doesn’t look as if it’s built on a hill to me.
Still limping, you poor thing. Hope it gets better real soon……
lovely but way overpriced

In general all the properties this channel shows are overpriced.
