A truly versatile space. I love the studio space. As an artist I would find the home inspirational. Im 73 living with a spinal cord injury and had to learn to walk again. Stairs are so important, part of fitness. If the day came I couldn't handle it, I'd go up on my butt. Use it or lose it. I distill all my water, so don't need to cart that up. The terraces are divine. Love it.
This is a terrific, characterful property, impeccably restored and designed, at a very reasonable price. The multiple terraces are a fantastic feature.

Price is not reasonable. It’s the south of Italy 🇮🇹 and there you get cheap property. Obviously 2/3 parties want to make extra £££

Whoever buys this will get an amazing home. The only two changes I would make would be to put a door on the upstairs bathroom and add a glass shower at the end of the tub.

Absolutely gorgeous home. The only thing I can't understand is why they put the kitchen on the third level next to the bedroom. I would have put it where the office is so that it's closer to the living room - both are living areas. I would put the office in the room adjoining the current office space. The current kitchen could be a bedroom.
All the pipes are in the room next to the office so it can be done
They obviously wanted it right next to the terrasse, to eat and live outside in summer.

All the groceries would have to be carried to the top floor kitchen. All garbage would have to be toted down. We don’t shop every day as the Europeans do, but I recall how heavy bottled water is when it has to be carried up several floors, and Europeans, as a whole, do not drink tap water. Their water, however, is bottled in glass, since they are, for the most part, eco-savvy. I often wonder how their elder residents manage. The house is, indeed, gorgeous.
As an added note, beware of windows in a closet! The sun may fade exposed clothing.
It does have all the service points for putting the kitchen downstairs in the room to the left just as you come up from the initial stairs
Put a fridge on the first floor and just carry up what you need that day.
If structurally possible a tiny service lift could have been planned in the renovations.
There are olderly people who can walk without problems - walking keeps you young
We live in a different country in southern Europe and the older folk manage to carry 10 litre bottles of water 🤷🏻♀️ one problem with the west is the epidemic of comfort and convenience, leading to deterioration of health too early in older age.

my one big issue is that, inside the interiors are wonderful...but sharing the building? this is not a house: it's a multiple-level flat. for that price, I'd want the owner to throw in pretty much all the furniture and fixtures.
