  • Low-cost house 90 Square meters nothing fancy but livable and good safe place to live.
I have full plans and drawings for the build I can sell full copy for 1000 baht
The house has 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms we add an extension at the side and make the house more space.
The villa was built 5 years ago so I would think today it would be closer to 450.000 baht to take in high costs.
See our other video for the extension build 200.000 baht to add 40 Square meters on the house.

Your home is lovely. My concern with all the bushes. I'm just afraid of the snake crawl into the house, hangout around the yard or hiding in the bushes garden or on the tree. Lol

My rectangular house’s ground floor in Isaan is built 1 meter above the ground. This keeps it more dry during rainy season and makes it more difficult for snakes or field rats to enter. Most snakes in rural Thailand around farms are harmless rat snakes ( but they’re big)

Did you build it yourself ?....I'm possibly looking for someone to build me something similar...I have a budget of up to 1M....I'm finding good land is expensive...I'm looking in the Khon Kaen region for 1/2 - 1 Rai....budget for this up to 400,000. So all in finished a maximum of 1.5M...wonder if it's possible ?

For those of us who cant quite understand the original format what it looked like without the numerous extensions.
Im sorry 🙏 im completely lost!!! Was a 10k house now a? Was original 2 bed now a 4 bed.
This cost that that cost this. Labour cost plot cost materials.
Its not a 10k house 🏡 is it your showing its fuck knows. Nothing original to the original build. Its a 4 bedroom house with two kitches plus many more features.
