      near kalasin i build small house, 2 bedroom,working room,big bathroom,very big kitchen, and outside palcony, less than 20 000$ USD and 9 month, simple little job 2 men, me and wife sister husband only build. important need fill land 2 meter high more if near have river and rice field. not flood in house. i forget fill land and house has last year 2023 1,8 meter water in house. destroy lot furnitures etc parts .

    How wide is the sliding door overall and how much is a door wide?

      Wide 180 cm, High 202 cm.

      We paid 5,000 baht for our plans.

      @@paulaor5195 No, but that should not be a problem. I could have him make the plans, and then I could build the house from those plans anywhere. I could also come to Supan Buri to consult with him prior to him making the plans.

    tile work has totally wrong ,someday all tiles bush to up because not have 3mm gap.

    Why a lot of Thailand peoples built Wooden house than concrete house?

      I think in the past wooden houses were cheaper and the material was easier to find. Easy to build and rebuild. I think now wood is more expensive. Concrete homes are more popular I believe. We built our house from concrete because I think it will last longer than wooden house.

      @@kurniawan5723 wood have today very expensive, lot lot cheapen have build hollow block and concrete house and better than wood. ewery were have termites lot.

    i build own hand whit sister men , 2 men own hand we build similar 2 bedroom,one working room,big bathroom,very big kitchen and big palcony house 9 month less than 20 000 $ USD. europe safety elektric all, aluminium dark windows whit mosquito net, full wood doors. all floors tiled. simple holiday job for me 9 month 5555.

    Farang cannot own land hence no house. Stupidist financial decexion one could make entrusting your fate to the whims of your "partner".

      Then just don't look at them. I effectively own the house I live in as I have a registered lease for the next thirty years. Should see me out.

      can but need law office make corporation or lease land next 30 year and option next 30 year more, or wife name and law office make paper not can sell, rent,give loan warranty etc do anythink all my life. all thats have possiple do.
