Thank you for that video. Excellent tutorial and I appreciate you not skipping over the tedious parts. Good to see that they will take time and patience to do correctly.
I'm glad you liked it!
I’ve been fighting a damaged wire since purchase, this video made it simple and easy to swap. Thank you for sharing. Worked first try and everything is going great. No more “holding the wire just right”
Glad I could help this makes me happy 😁
Excellent video! Easy to follow and worked perfectly - thank you!
Glad it helped!
Great video, thank you very much, I found it quite useful!. One observation; on the Prusa guide it warns you not to pull the thermistor by the cable to remove it, and instead use the Allen key from the hole on the other side to push it. Don't see the point in this case, since it's broken it wouldn't matter much. But maybe if for any reason you're removing a working one it might be better not pulling it by the cables :)
Thank you for the input That's a good point!
Thank you! Great video, problem is solved! :D
Glad I could help!
i have an error that pops up but only after its been printing for a few hours. thermal anomaly pops up... not thermal runaway. any idea what the issue might be?

Good video, shame about the crappy music.. why do you people think it’s good to listen too 😢
Thank you so much for the constructive criticism I'll keep that in mind!
I have this same problem, but I can't get the thermistor out for the life of me. I cleaned all the gunk off the head. I don't understand why it won't come out. Tried it up to 267 and cold.
Did you unscrew the screw on the bottom?
I’ve got the same issue. And YES, I’ve taken out that screw.
@@toddnelson8770 we ended up taking the whole hot end apart and could not get it out even with a complete heat and clean and using a pin and hammer set. Ended up drilling it out which wasn’t perfect. Installed new thermistor and it’s working fine now. I would suggest just buying a $20 heat block and replacing the whole hot end as new.
