- With all the advancements in glue technology, I was wondering if it is now possible to fix a cut tire with just glue. So in this video, I set out to answer that question.

The Julie said statement. HAD ME DYING🤣🤣🤣. Great video. You did an exceptional job, explaining, demonstrating, and testing. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much!
Very Interesting looks like it would get you off the trail Nice job
Thanks for the trail split advice because a tire shop would have said you need two new tire you save me a few bucks
I wouldn't run them on the highway
Just amazing.😂😂😂
Im buying that glue jeeez! I never wouldof though it held that much. Defenetly taking some on the trails. Thanks.
I was really surprised how well it worked
That's a great trail fix 👍👍🇨🇱
Interesting, I’ve used super glue and duct tape before. And worked for awhile. Thanks for taking the time to share with all of us.
Hmmm never thought of super glue
3m pr1500 ist super glue
Both of these are Cyanacrylat
Good job👍
Can’t thank you enough for this video Anthony! My son’s truck has a pinhole in the sidewall that literally takes a few days for it loose enough air to have to put some in it again. In fact, it took a reputable tire shop more than 15 minutes for them to even find it! Thinking with no chords broken or damaged, that this product should easily seal that pinhole. Guess we’ll see.
It's worth a shot I guess
*lose not loose
Good testing
1:51 ...Carb cleaner
3:34 ... Glue
5:43 ... After 30 minutes dry
6:42 ... Found another leak
7:55 ... Glue missed spot
15:11 .. Air and check patch
18:59 .. Camaro tire
23:49 .. flip-ping works
26:51 .. Camaro moment of truth
29:39 .. hissy
Sold me🤔⚡
Thanks for the demonstration

Thank you!!
I'm literally trying permantex adhesive I'm sure it will work until I get a tire.
Great video!!!
Good luck!
Good job , got to try this . Seems like good glue. Subscribed.
Thanks for the sub!
OK
Trail fix I can understand....
Camero fix, not so much.
I was a tire guy for 28 years. No matter what you try to do, a side wall repair never lasts long at all.
But great effort.
Definitely more testing, will the glue give up, or the tread, that is the question, at Bridgestone, Salisbury South, Australia, they had a locktight 101 they used to repair tyers off the production line 🤣😂 all the best to yous and your loved ones
Interesting I didn't know that!
Nice
I've used a big needle and small string to thread a tire back together mid way in than apply glue with some powder I have here for fiberglass filler than simply do my best to seal back up and not be able to tell I was in there and it worked so had you used a needle and string on your side wall first that locks it back together pretty impressive what one can do with the simplest things in life there is videos on here from another country maybe India or something check it out the guy fixs backhoe tires with chunks missing that's where I got the needle/string idea it does work , safe travels and God bless sir
I'll have to try the needle and string next time!
I've seen that video, the guy vulcanized patches inside and out after sewing it up.
This 'crazy' glue seems to work amazingly.
I'm thinking a big patch inside the tire would stabilize it even more.
How's the lug hanging in??
Lug never came off. After about 5 hours of hard riding (rock boucer style) the tire did started to leak. I slapped a new one on so I could keep riding and never even look at the tire to see why, but I'm guessing it's the glued spot.
@@HardCoreFab that's amazing.
Your video caught my eye because I noticed a sidewall cut on our bi directional tractor.
Been told it can't be repaired, but I've been wondering about using 'crazy' glue plus a big patch.
After seeing your experience, I'm confident this 'non repairable ' tire will keep on rolling
Great tip my two son-in-law‘s have buggy’s and they drive them like they stole them.i have to fix them all the time great job thank you 👍
dirt and dust migration is the rea enemy of glue, patch over and under and it will last longer
and a few stitches under the patches

Would gorilla glue work for the car tire? I have a gash along the rim, it's not leaking air just sliced. I was just looking for something to hold or help if it does start leaking. It will be a couple day before I can get a new tire. We just moved and spent almost 4k in deposits and rent and moving so it happened at the worst time and I just need a bandaid til I get paid. Thank you
I wouldn't recommend fixing the sidewall of any tire that would be on the road
A mechanic shop recently put tire glue on my rims after they found out my stock rims had shards peeling off, to prevent the tires from leaking. Do you think that is a good fix? I think resurfacing the rims would have been better.
Resurfacing would be the best thing to do fore sure! But I have a can of the bead sealer stuff beside my tire machine and it works!
The glue is good till the point you get a replacement.
Currently i have applied one coat of waterproofing adhesive on slightly worn out tyres.
Can i know the brand name of glue and is this available on Amazon...
My tyres got side circle crack ...
The name and an Amazon link are in the video description.

The price after converting dollar to Rupee I saw new tyre will come 😆😆😆😆in India....
This was very interesting! Do you think it would hold up to gluing some new tread on a worn tire? I'd like to hear an update on how it performs on the trail and over time and how well the tread repair held up. Great video, Thanks.
It seems to still be holding up. I haven't been on the trail with it again yet but I'm hopiing to get some ride time in in a week or two!
You definitely can
Keep your hands and feet in the ride at all times. 😂
And put on the harness. Lol
Hey Mum, Grandma's doing another burnout in the Camaro.
I had a couple of holes in a car tube once and superglued a patch over them without any problems, just don't stretch real good but who cares
I’d be interested in trying Gorilla Glue’s professional extra strength formula. It has a thicker consistency and I think would work better
Would rubber cement work or garilla glue.?
Good job on trail fix!.
Not that I have had any luck with
Have you tried Loctite 480???
No does that work?
Duct tape
And Tie wire
I’m so happy you’re not my neighbor.🤪
I don't act a fool like that at my house. Only at the shop and you probably wouldn't live around there. Lol
Du musst schon etwas auf die Innenseite vom Reifen kleben!
Try glue tread it works
There's no way that worked on the Camaro tir
Isn't that crazy!
I hope that was the neighbors yard you tore up.
Lol it was my yard
Tube it after repair
Interesting, might get you home if you didn't push it
Over it.
Lol 20$ fix on your life… damn those tires must suck what brand are they?
which tire are you asking about!
Hahahaha grandma..
Eso no sirve es mas falso engañara a quien no tiene conocimiento en reparacion de llantas
I don't know anything and it works for me..
Bad
That sucks 🤮 it looks like it was a new tire
Yeah it was
