Variable Wall Boundary Condition Udf

How to apply and write udf in ANSYS Fluent for variable wall boundary condition. This is very helpful if someone is trying to do a solar collector simulation. Profile boundary condition is limited in certain situation and this udf should provide the solution to that.

If you know the wall heat flux or temperature function, yes it can be used for parabolic trough collector. However if your wall boundary condition profile can’t be represented by a function, it would be tricky. You might try breaking down into multiple functions and apply with the udf for the whole 360 degree. I haven’t tried it but it should work. I didn’t open a research gate account yet.
