2022 Review TOP 5 kits BOTTOM 5 kits Built this YEAR

Well its my first ever top 5 and bottom 5 review and its for 2022
i have done around 20 kits this year so had a good few to choose from
let me know what you think should have made the worst and best slot
got lots of kits to build in 2023 and some of them are big builds
let me know what you thought of my list

Totally agree with you on the bf109 you did a fantastic job on it painted and weathered with such attention to detail resulting in a beautiful model. I am looking forward to you starting that Airfix B17 hopefully some time this year 👍

That will probably a stage build as it's so much to do

I built that Revell 262 in theoretical Spanish Nationalist markings. It fought me all the way.

Bolt the tornado f3 12 months or more ago terrible build the fit of parts is poor instructions bad and just a poor Revell kit

damn shame though because they are big kits and quite cheap
if revell put more effert into instructions and better assembly they would make brilliant kits but thats revell for you

EEh By Gum, Ecky Thump ! you've done a grand job on those lemons, to make a crappy kit look good takes skill. I felt your pain with the ICM 48 scale Spitfire, I built that kit a couple of years ago and had the same problem with the cowling not fitting over the engine and just removed some engine parts and glued the cowling on. Shame to not show the engine but I prefer to display my aircraft in flight, it's what they are designed for ultimately. Good job and can't wait to see what you do for 2023 !
PS: A new kit stash vid would be cool, love seeing what other modellers collect !

never thought of a kit stash video but now you have mentioned it i may have to just dive in and get one done
that spitfire was a pain with the engine fitting but looks good once done
