Really enjoy all your videos Phil, thank you. I'd certainly be interested in a review of the MInistras if you get them in at some stage. The only thing I can't quite fathom with Neat, although I've thoroughly enjoyed every speaker of theirs that I've heard (Xplorers are stunning!), is that as a potential punter with about £2k to burn, would I go for the Ministras, the Iota Alphas or the new Petite Classics? They're all similarly priced. Could be an interesting idea for a three-way review, although I appreciate as a Neat dealer it could be awkward for you. But I'm guessing each of the three would suit different rooms and amps? Petites being a little easier to drive for example? Part of me wants the Iotas or Iota Alphas just for the effect on others when they ask where the subwoofer is! Anyway despite some of the other comments here, I really enjoy your low-key reviews and obvious experience in the industry. It's clear you're an enthusiast and you're not interested in just selling boxes. Keep it up. And here's a little gift of a music recommendation. The North Farm Sessions by Jonny Kearney & Lucy Farrell. (On Tidal now, although I have the CD too). I was privileged to see them live in Somerset years ago backing The Unthanks. Simple, pared back production, but very special. A good late night listen with a glass of vino in hand. Lyrics, delivery and production values are outstanding: "Lullaby" is just lovely.
My preferred stand-mount isobaric speaker, (also with a n indirect Neat link) is the Kudos Titan 505, although in the Titan's case they are positioned back-to-back.
Thanks for the video! I really appreciate Neat's designs, despite they're not available in Brazil. BTW, had you heard Duevel Planets speakers? Would like to have your take on those or other omnidirectional speakers. I enjoy your approach describing the gear and its sound. Thanks again!
