great pankak cooking, but really you need a wrought iron fry pan, one with very low sides. and you need it cranked up hot as! and let the edges burn just to a crisp. ;)
Thank you for this important tip Anna!! Next time - I will try an iron pan and "crank it up" - haha!!! I need as much expert advice in the kitchen as I can get :)
