I ate this once in Hare Krishna temple, ofcourse the recipe was without onions. It was to this day the tastiest food I have ever eaten. Fun fact, the Hungarian cook was the one that prepared it.
Hello, I love your pickling videos. Does this pickle have any probiotic content? I’m not familiar with pickling in oil like this but it looks delicious.
love the recipes! I was curious if you had either an alternative or recommendation for acquiring rai kuria or split mustard seeds in Europe? As well, dhana kurai (split coriander seeds). Seemingly online there are not many options; though, pricey I was wondering if you could hopefully assist :).
Oh my dear, you gave my husband such a good laugh this morning.😂 Though I expect that this dish has an extremely lovely sensation on the tongue, it is not orgasm but rather organisms as a byproduct! Love your channel! ❤❤❤
Yes, it certainly is. We bought green mangoes to make our Aam Panna here in Berlin. You often find kaccha aam at Indian stores and Asian grocers stock it too as it's often used in Thai cuisine as well. If all else fails you can order at dookan.com :)
What is your favourite type of pickle and have you tried Achaar before?
