नमी निकालने के लिये।

सर मेने मम्मी को देखा है वह आचार डालने वाली बरनी को अच्छे से गर्म पानी से धोकर फिर सुखाकर हींग का धुंआ भी देती है , फिर उसमें आचार भरती है ऐसा क्यों करते है ।
