I know this is just a video for awareness but as a person who supports people experiencing a disability people like that make me so frustrated. They are adults and should be treated like one no matter what. Not long ago I had a wonderful experience where a cashier spoke DIRECTLY to the adult experiencing the disability and not talking to the support worker. I went up to them and brought recognition to them as it warmed my heart getting to experience something so positive like that

I must say Steven is a very talented actor! I love this video because although it’s really reflective of how things are & how people immediately judge people with disabilities, it approaches it with humour while still getting the message across. Well Done I think it’s really effective 👏🏼

I really liked this. Great to see a film about learning disability that isn’t earnest or patronising. Raises important issue too of course. God all we want is for people with a learning disability to be treated like anyone else. Good work. Will Davies, Director of Lewisham Speaking Up.

I was actually researching and found this video for my project...never did i knew that people only see them with a disability and ignore that they have a personality. Kudos to the team for making this video!

I really love the casting and acting, you guys make some really fun and thought provoking videos and I hope you can make more soon!!
