I love how you can chose a common design that we know and then change it around to reflect your own style and tastes. Hanging in a collection of quilts in a quilt show we could all recognize the one you have made. Amazing !

We call it invisible sewing when one sews an entire length of fabric without noticing your bobbin thread has run out. 😁

I just want to say you have inspired me, I have just ordered the fabric to make this quilt, it will be my first "pieced project". I have been making rag quilts for several years now, but wanted to jump over into the type of quilting my mother did, you have given me that push. I have also become acquainted with the lovely world of Kaffe Fassett fabrics, and I am obsessed! So glad I found your channnel.

What a treat to get to watch your quilt come together. The sneak peeks of it in the beginning were stunning, I have to replay to see them again. You've given me a great idea of a hangerful of jelly roll strips that I cut intending to make a queen size Jelly Roll Race and then lost the mojo. There is at least the equivalent of three jelly rolls in it that I cut from my stash. Thank you (and Norma!) Kate! Looking forward to the next installment.

Giddy! That's how I feel when I open a Jelly Roll! Even when you think you know what to expect, it's still a surprise! You have an awesome system of separating them out. I have to remember that. Can't wait for future installments! Btw.... I recently did a stash clean out and took all the strips I had and cut them down to 2.5 inches. I then began making my own jelly rolls by pairing them up together. Try as I might I could NOT get them to roll up like the ones I buy. But..... I'm happy with them and they're waiting to b used or added to! Absolutely LOVE your selection and am excited to watch this lovely quilt come together. 🤗❤

I'm watching it a while after it was posted, this is such a lovely treat to be able to watch a number of these in one hit. The jelly rolls are wonderful, I love Kaffe Fassett prints.

I love Kaffe fabrics and I love pre-cuts. I wouldn't have started quilting if it hadn't been for pre- cuts. I'm not so good at tedious things but I am starting to tolerate cutting quilt pieces. I love the quilting part and in order to get to that I have to make the quilt tops. I can't wait to see the next tutorial on the Trip Around the World quilt, although I'm not so sure I will attempt one. Maybe I'll start with a pillow top. Thank you for making it look so easy.

I love this quilt so much Kate!
Have wanted to make one just like ever since I saw yours finished.
You really are brilliant to have figured out all the colours and the maths.
You have explained your process well enough that even I could follow.
    Thanks again and again and.......
