Sociopaths. The best rule about sociopaths that isn’t in Psychiatry books is that sociopaths are essentially Neo’s outside the society matrix, if you get the picture.
They basically know all the rules of society and how normal people act but don’t themselves think as part of the group (disturbing, but we are group psychology creatures.) Sociopaths can get away with a lot because they can play off the rulebook to manipulate people, but don’t actually subscribe to the rules themselves and therefore gain everything.
The issue is when they make a mistake, or when normal psychology comes in. Psychology, can cause sociopaths to incriminate themselves because while they do not function in groups, their brains on a personal level are still mostly the same, so they’re still susceptible.
On the other hand, in this case, this is a mistake. This case, he read the rules that people like evidence and all of his mental notes on how to get away with murder essentially, and accidentally violated another rule, which is “don’t touch people in a violent manner, even if you don’t mean it.” But yeah, they’re crafty, they just get too crafty sometimes.
Source: I’m Asperger’s, with a lot of heavy training, and something the very few of us who get the treatment and experimental treatments I have can talk about is that with all the social skills training and everything, once we develop our own personality and sarcasm and all that, if a few of us get the wrong thing introduced like I have, we can turn into genuine hard-grade sociopaths because of this training on how society works. But I choose to use it for good.
Let’s hope no one gets any ideas.

I have absolutely NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER for any person who abuses children and/or endangers them. The same goes for anyone who mistreats animals. This is why my kids haven't met my mom's bf...I mean aside from the fact that they've been together for less than a year. I told her until there's a wedding then he can meet them. And I think he's an awesome man literally changing my mother's life for the best (getting her out of the house,helping her eat healthier,even helps her pay bills and for food, she has manic depression and manic thoughts as well as epilepsy. No episodes in such a long time and I do believe it's because of him)

Ya know, if I found out someone did this to anyone in my family, they'd need tranquilizer darts to stop me from beating him to death. I'm just waiting for my sister's divorce to be finalized to destroy her soon to be ex for choking her because he was mad at her, he's been lying and manipulating the system to keep my nephew from seeing a psychologist for the issues he is having to either protect himself or his girlfriend. I wish I wouldn't have allowed that Christmas to be saved and I won't allow it to happen again. Abuse of any kind should be handled then and there.

I was almost killed buy a man strangling me. It is one of the scariest things to go through. I was almost 40 when it happened. I can barely handle it. I pray this little girl gets all the help she needs to deal with this. I just pray she does not develop a phobia of being smothered to death after going through this.😭
