Yorkshire Tea true but why did mom have custody? That was never discussed. I think she made some excuse to prevent the dad from having custody. If he had custody I mean full custody then this would not have happened! The mom should also know what’s going on with her child! So I think the mom is just to blame! The dad should not be having the finger pointed at when the daughter was in mom’s custody and the mom allowed the boyfriend to creep into the daughters room. The daughter was brave enough to go to her dad and tell him what happened and the dad believed her. The mom should have taken a lie detector test to see if she knew what was going on and did nothing about it!

The dads story was direct and made sense
The little girl also gave details "before I moved i felt his thing on my back" thats really what made me believe that little girl. I remember being in a similar situation when I was a young teen with an ex boyfriend; my mothers text message saved me from more trauma that day. I know that little girls pain too well; stay strong little one, at the minimum you have a father that will do his best to make sure that wrong done to you is corrected ❤ .

I was surprised when my daughter told me- he did it while I was at work and he was alone with her. I called the school counselors so she would have someone to talk to when she went in the next morning, then called police. Called counselors first because I knew once police got to my home it would be a long night of questioning and wasn't sure if I'd have much time to later. Yes, he worked by himself

He likely won't get out at the minimum because he won't admit what he did or take the classes- so likely be there the full 50 years. his min release date is in 2046, max is 2066. Daughter and I are doing much better

This show was taped longer than just December, some shows don't even make it on here or other sites.( Every show posted here was pre recorded on TV 9 out of 10 times.)They put this one on here because of what happened. If it doesn't generate what they (the show) wants it gets cut. And yes, sometimes the lie detection machines does put out a false reading. A lot of people get into trouble whose innocent and a lot of people who actually did do something bad walks free when the machine glitches.
