- Small montage of my fiesta mk6 1.6 tdci zetec S running 169.7bhp and 312nm.
Specs:
AP coilovers
GTD1244vz turbo @ 1.8 bar
Pipercross induction kit
Oil catch tank
110hp injectors (297's)
Drive torque stage 2 kevlar clutch
Scorpion downpipe/decat
3.1 bar map sensor
EGR blank/delete
MTC de-resonator pipe
Standard(!) intercooler
Mapped by HDI tuning UK
finaly a video of this setup in action, i will be getting mine done by HDI over the next couple months, just bought my GTD1244VZ hybrid from them, they have been absolutely awesome with helping to find parts.
This is a standard turbo mate.😅 Yeah Steven is a top guy, really helpfull and knows his stuff. Cant recommend him enough. I recon the hybrid unit will go like stink tho, as my setup shreds tires in 2nd and 3rd gear in the dry like its nothing. 😂 If you want i can make more vids of my car, my clutch is slipping as soon as i put it in 3rd, as you can see in the 0-100 but ill make some vids if you want mate

@@mrkane1897 where abouts you getting the paddle clutch from mate? Mine with the gtd setup is 290nm but I have a map for 330nm from hdi that I badly want to put on
Please do some more videos on the progress! Maybe some 0-100/ pull videos of acceleration
Clutch is slipping at the moment, first i need to put a paddle clutch in. Make sure you subscribe, as i'll make more content in a few weeks/months.

My 1.6 tdci became a stage 1 from 109 hp to 150hp it works pretty good no problems and its much faster then stock round about 7,5 sec 0-100 and it only use 4,7-5,0 liter/100km
I'd love to get more info on that 3bar map sensor. Also what about the injectors? I have the 90hp ones, the 239s. What's the actual difference in them because both can do at least 75mg? Also 1.8 bars meaning you have in total a 2.8 on the manifold, is it holding good?
Hi there, love the car! Did you buy a generic kess to do the mapping or a genuine unit? Also, is the gt12 able for 1.8 bar of boost? It must be if hdi tuning were happy to set it there. I have a volvo s40 myself with the 1.6 and it could do with a new turbo so I'd be interested in fitting the gt12 and getting hdi to map it if it was reliable.
It runs 1.7-1.8 bar stable. And its very reliable, hdi tuning really knows his stuff mate. And its a cheap kess clone of eBay, was about 55€.. 😂
@@gassedgarage3860 cheers for the reply mate👍 they're a very underrated engine in my opinion. And that's a standard gt12 from an 8 valve 1.6? Not hybrid or anything.. I can't wait to see more videos once you've the clutch replaced!
@@robduggan9854 Yeah standard gtd1244vz from 1.5 tdci 8v. Yes these engines are really good. 😁 Paddle clutch is being shipped tomorow, be sure to check my channel for new vids

Where can i find a genuine GTD1244VZ turbo, from hdi tuning its out of stock. And is it a hassle to install?
The gtd1244vz turbo use part number 9804119380 its the one from a 1.6 bleu hdi 120ps. The hybrid you need to change the wheel to a 49mm .

1.8 bar is just tiny bit over standard, i think they run 1.6bar anyway and the 1.8 and 2.9tdci's are both way over 2 bar!!!! again thats without being touched, your tune/bhp and MOST IMPORTANTLY torque figures is the important measure not that psml, so what s the torque??? your obv a whipersnaper, but you'll learn ;P
Completely standard they run 1.0 bar, stage 1 they are around 1.3 bar. The engine which comes with the gtd1244vz runs 1.75 bar standard though

Clutch is slipping at the moment, ive ordered a paddle clutch. When that arrives i will do some new vids, the intake is also changed now.

Why does it only rev to 4000 rpm???
Rev limiter
it revs to 5200
Because its a diesel and diesels don't rev as high as petrol engines
@@cloroxbleach608 I know they rev to 5200 but he just not pulling it cause mine goes to 5200. Ps petrol cars go to 7 8 or 9k
