As far as you can see, a good job has been done. The question I have is: does the car in question still have the original clutch? Because if it were with 205 hp it would be insufficient.

TDI tuning in chelmsford
Hdi tuning also have some information on it. I have the post 2010 8v version too, that I'm thinking of playing with. The 115hp (bigger) turbo still fits but requires a more complicated ECU re-write and a front mounted intercooler if you want to up the boost.

how's the gearbox?
All good. Atm at 400 nm. Only thing is to get a bespoke kit for the gearbox. Pressure plate is very important as some of them are angeled and does not make 100% contact with the disk.
What gearbox?..200 km/h at only 4000 rpm

Depends on how you drive it. My 1.6 tdci has got 170bhp and 180.000km and everything is fine

Bmw tf035 turbo, pwm controllable. There are certain actuator codes that you can use to enable ecu control.

Poti sa faci si o toba sport care sa nu sune tare. Daca i pui intermediară si finala nu o sa sune niciodată ca alea de le vezi tu pe yt. Diesel ul ca sa sune tare trb sa fie teava inox cap coada😂😅

bad news for you, your car is the 1.6 8v you need the 1.6 16v which stopped production in 2010 and the final cars rolled out in 2011, thank euro 5 for that one mate
