Click the down arrow and then select stamp. Since you probably dont know the diminished chords or what it means, just select major or minor and click anywhere on the piano roll to create a chord based on that note you clicked. For example, if I picked a minor chord and then clicked E, the chord that's being played is an E minor. Just have a little fun and experiment (some chords should be major and some should be minor). Also, please make sure to move some of the your other notes if you are drawing them in (not just the bottom notes) because you are basically playing the same chord at least twice in a row (only difference is in the bottom note which doesnt give variation to the actual chord although the bottom note gives it a different type of chord). For good criticism I will say your melody's not super bad sounding, even to any non musician's ears it sounds good.
Another thing to help with the pitch not changing on some samples or drums you can go to the time stretch tab and select resample from the drop down menu or go to that knob and select none.

capture card doesnt render stuff, it just sends the signal so you still need 2 pc's
