- This is Kirk's personally customized shoulder training regimen designed to hit the shoulders with direct stimulation with no wasted movement or unneeded momentum. The delts and targeted muscles are doing all the work and receiving all the stimulation.
That nutrition aint no joke. Combined with the word it can do truly supernatural things! Keep it going Kirk!

Kirk, Which part of the shoulder do the second set of Lateral raises work? The ones in which you brought the weights up in a vertical fashion (with your palms facing forward).

Wow...just...wow! Ya look great man! One question, do you work posterior delta heavy? I've heard working those makes the medial and anterior delts look even more pronounced and they are great for overall shoulder health.
the exercise at 3:45 doesnt that work out the traps and not deltoids?
So what did the salt do? Give a tighter look to the skin? Did it also help with the mind to muscle connection?

First of all, i'm really amazed by your OMG ripped delts.
Besides this, what is the focus of doing lateral raises externally rotated (between 2m43 and 3mn10) ? You seem to do also this same externally rotated way for your bent over lateral raise (between 4m18 and 4mn43) so what is the specific purpose of this ? Is it to better target specific area of the delt or is because it is safer for shoulder's joint and rotator cuff ?
