  • This is Kirk's personally customized shoulder training regimen designed to hit the shoulders with direct stimulation with no wasted movement or unneeded momentum. The delts and targeted muscles are doing all the work and receiving all the stimulation.

    This is a great routine. Ive lacked deltoids and tried many different routines. Tried this out and instantly felt the burn and saw results soon after. Thanks!

    Damn dude. Congrats on achieving what seems impossible to most people. Well done. And a special notice to all the computer tough guys and haters: He's not using a lot of heavy weights. It's all about DIET and PERSISTENCE.

    When we know where our sodium levels need to be, when using a percentage of our intake in preworkout it adds fullness to muscle cell

    Love to see the older guys in better shape then the young ones! I am 42 n best shape of my life , so Be careful of some of those older guys you maybe trying to start a fight with, you could be in store for a butt whippin ! Lol

    Kirk, Which part of the shoulder do the second set of Lateral raises work? The ones in which you brought the weights up in a vertical fashion (with your palms facing forward).

    Wow...just...wow! Ya look great man! One question, do you work posterior delta heavy? I've heard working those makes the medial and anterior delts look even more pronounced and they are great for overall shoulder health.

    Hi Kirk,
    First of all, i'm really amazed by your OMG ripped delts.
    Besides this, what is the focus of doing lateral raises externally rotated (between 2m43 and 3mn10) ? You seem to do also this same externally rotated way for your bent over lateral raise (between 4m18 and 4mn43) so what is the specific purpose of this ? Is it to better target specific area of the delt or is because it is safer for shoulder's joint and rotator cuff ?
