Precursor to T4 which is a precursor to thyroid. Thyroid is the hormone that dictates your metabolism. For example, if you are maintaining your weight at 2500calories, and you take a heavy dose of t3, your maintance level will rise drasticly. So now you are maintaining at something like 5000calories, so you can cut on like 4500 calories instead of 2000. Just an example, there other benefits to it.

Ok i have small problem when iam doing Biceps workout i normally dont feel the 100% of the bicep when i do the bicep exercises. I feel only the low part of the bicep and not the higher. what i probably do wrong any tips?
it is not easy to "peak" your biceps. because it is more of a genetically factored one. You can have either a long-headed biceps with short peak, or a high-peaked short headed bicep.
i think that as all fitness models and body biulders, of season he bulks (proper mass trainingand diet with 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% vegetable fats) and on season more cardio training with highest protein diet and lower carbs.

upright rows, closer grip for more trap activation, as the distance between your hands gets bigger the focus goes more on the side delts

2-6 reps with high weight for strength
8-12 reps with medium to high weight to build muscle
15-9999999 with low to medium weight for endurance
Lateral side-raises and rear flys will do the trick.
