Best exercises that I used for shoulder so far.
Very good demo. I like when coach points out the muscles being worked on.
My shoulders are definitely my weakness, gotta give this a go.
rear delt exercises are rough, make them harder by doing them at the end of your workout.

Yeah whenever I did that exercise it would really hurt my wrist and I eventually ended up pulling something and had pain in my forearm. Is there any way to avoid that?
