@@foXnoMad If you drive west from Islamabad along the M-1 motorway you will see olive orchards over the hills. There are some great orchards in Hazara. To the south west of Islamabad - about 50 miles in direction of Mianwali the region has huge tracts of wild olives but these don't produce good quality oil. So the government has launched a large project to improve the olive plantation in Pakistan. In fact there is Pakolive oil that can be bought on the market.
Pizza looks tempting ps. you can find even Chicago style pizza in Islamabad. Do try desi food from monal, tandoori or desparedes. For bakery option, Tehzeeb and Layers can be good choice. Looking forward for next vlog (Y)
I bought their vegetarian pizza. It was good but would have tasted much better if they had used fresh local mushrooms. Local mushrooms are very reasonably priced and are available at Rana and Kohsar market.

Olives are grown locally, mostly in Khyber Pakhtunkwa province. There has been a major drive to increase olive production in Pakistan.
