    I will do it from tmr. My weight is 52kg my height is 1.60m. Actually before I'm just 47kg but I gained 5kg during quarantine. I hope it will work for me as well. I will come back again to tell the result.

    it's really work. i have done this type of diet before and also lost 9kg in only one month.
    I went for a more extreme one. Like i only eat like 10 tbsp of rice for one meal and only eat chicken breast.
    her method is the same like mine just she went for a three month period while mine is one month.
    but i do recommend her method.
