Airbnb is an ever-growing business with a simple rule set: create a great space for your guests. And sometimes you can literally CREATE a great space from unsuspecting spaces. Like an extra bedroom, an uterutilzed mother-in-law suite, or in the case of this video - a separated off basement. This is what we just created in our new house in Utah, our soon-to-be 87th Airbnb rental unit.

can i add a 4 bd/bt basement on airbnb in fremont
