Tony thank you for that "fun fact" about basements. I just googled and saw that "frost lines" are several feet below ground level in many east coast areas. To avoid freezing , pipes must he below the frost lines. Love learning things that I should have known years ago. Lol

One of my favorite episodes of any BP podcast so far! I'm a newer investor with just a couple properties, and this story broke some barrier in my mind that needed breaking toward this strategy. These two just went for it, even though it wasn't perfect, and I needed to hear that from someone who's as new as I am. Thank you! Ps. I don't know how to set up a keyword search in the forums. Talk about a control freak lol 21 minutes in and the guy has yet to speak one syllable. I honestly thought he was deaf. Great channel, I really enjoy the interviews and boring banter very much!
