I subbed finally after seeing this video, but your videos on how to defeat the King and setup optimization before the NG+ update came out were the best I was able to find on TH-cam and helped me dramatically tweak my play style. I just beat her! It took me many, many tries to get each part down (the run up to the R1 combo, the R3 + L3 button press to the L1 + Triangle button press, and everything afterwards), but I did it! I wasn't able to do it without dying, but the Berserker's Resurrection Stone, along with switching to Fury, helped to finish off that last bar of health. Seriously, thank you so much for making this guide. Hopefully, everyone who plays God of War: Ragnarok sees this guide and/or any of your other guides for this game.

I remember playing the first god of war… you didnt really fight gna you glitched your way through … same with berserker videos.. they all use the gear .. its not a fight…

Thank you, but I have a new problem, I can't seem to get the last combo cause she just runs away. Also I notice that in general all your stats are higher than mine by 10 or 20 although I have all the armour, enchantment and hilts. What should I do?
@@Charlizard811 complete the Across the Realms quest and get all the Yggdrasil Dew to boast up your stats. Is your equipment all level 10?

It took me a few tries to work out that first hit but once I got the momentum going this strategy works flawlessly absolutely melts Gna’s healthbar. This is the only fight in the entire game I had to look up, I managed alright first time around but NG+ Gna is a whole different beast. This guide was incredible

ok , so I stumbled upon your channel after throwing myself at the brick wall named gna , saw the build and decided to try . I could not get the 5iming down and she always moved , I was at it for a couple dozen tries , until she decided to stay still and do the wing shield thing , after that I eviscerated her with the build , kudos man very insightful step by step guide

Works like a charm! I usually beat her with the Ares/soulsteal/infinite rage combination or with the 9 realms/infinite realm shift build, but beating her faster like this was something I always wanted to do, unfortunately with most other videos I just couldn't replicate the results, but this one made short work of her.

thanks for this bro. in my initial playthru I played on give me no mercy. considering I never even played any gow game (2018 included) it was pretty challenging enough but I committed and 100% the game all on my own no hints. on my ng+ playthru I chose give me god of war and right as I was about to finish that I lost my save data bc I never hard saved. 3 time around w gna I'm done w her bs I just wanna finish it she's literally the last thing I need to do and you made it a whole lot easier for me! so again, ty dude

Never have I beat a valkyrie or a major boss faster I had the berserker cuirass + waist and lundas bracers. Only used valor once after getting to her - for some reason she would start her attack if I used it any time before closing in.. but woah she died so fast! You the goat man

Hey mehn first I wanna thank you for ur videos on this Gna Queen but with this new update trying to play the valhalla which did not work by the way. The new patch has rendered it all inert. I've defeated the King berserker all that remains is the Queen which I've been trying to beat for days but I'll keep trying and hopefully I will win.

Wonderful guide...i've found that another thing that can help Is equip the gauntlets and belt of Ares, activate the first rage (10seconds of +50% damage) and than equip the Lunda and proceed as the video.
It boost the damage a lot at the beginning

Thank you man, i missed out on nocked proficiency in the first run and its gone for good and i had to add a hels touch to the combo you were using but i got her on new game plus on gmgow with this build, so thank you. The King Berserker is the only thing i have left to do and even with watching videos on him im still having problems but im not giving up until hes dead and beyond ragnarok is complete lol.

I think you gain a +10 to +15 to your stats. So every NG+ would add up and make you more OP!
This video helped me to beat Gna on my first GMNM NG+ run. I didn’t have your stats or the memento of the ailing so I used a slightly different variation. Took me about 2 minutes but I didn’t take any damage and hitting her with the storm of bifrost, poison, relic, melee attack was very satisfying.

I finally managed to kill her thanks to your guide, since I didn't use that r1r1r1r2 combo, I didn't have it buffed as you so I have to change the dauntless shield for onslaught to have a bit more luck to do more damage with the vanaheim set and even if it didnt kill her in 15 seconds at least got it in 40 seconds, thank you.

Hey I need a bit of help with the build bec when I try to get the permafrost with the four attacks mine don’t charge and I’m following the steps so idk what I’m doing wrong but I am getting it to a bar eventually

I have the same exact stats as you do, but after my first 4 attacks my permafrost is not built up all the way. It takes me one more hit. What could be causing this?
You need to do a specific attack with forward X, then R1, R1

I wasn’t able to get all the chest and nonoir crates during the first run through so I don’t have all those. I find the chest during ng+ and it jus gives me mountain pieces

How were you able to get upgrade slots on the bottom section skills chains I only got them for the first few on top 03:19
Perform the move a certain number of time and you’ll upgrade the skill

So those stats are after you completed ng+ on 100%? Does it mean that this is a new run like ng+2? Because i beat the games story on gmgow ng+ but not 100%
Yes, this is after I fully completed the game on NG+. I won’t call it NG++ since that would mean higher stats than what I have here

The HP bar turns green only when Gna gets poisoned. Her bar is otherwise yellow since I’m on level 10. If you’re not level 10, then her bar will be orange. You can see the level on the top left

I almost have thos method working, but i think our strength difference is whats holding me back. Ive gone through ng+ twice getting everything and with this exact build my strength is only around 550, not over 700 like yours. Any ideas what im doing wrong?
This is from my second play through. Did you collect all the Yggdrasil Dew, open all Nornir chests and complete Across the Realms and quest?

Did you set up your mods (skill tree) like I did?
@@akhafasu yes. Exactly the same. Even the same shield. IDK why but u have to make at least three more combos to fill the permafrost
@@nicolaslupetrone396 if you look at the video, I do an attack with the frozen attack, then press forward X, R1, R1. That attack fills up the permafrost gauge

I did just one lore video but didn’t get much reaction to it. So I didn’t follow. I know for a fact that Atreus is looking for Giants outside the 9 realms and Freyr is alive in the Higher Plane and maybe in the next game or after that, Kratos might sacrifice himself trying to save Atreus’ life and end up going to the higher plane as well where Athena is. I unlocked all the skills but for some them I can’t add mods to it, why is that ?
For some you can’t add mods. For those you can, you need to use that specific move a number of times
Did he say R1, "Forward X", R1, R1? The first combo? If so, what is forward X? What does it do?
You do a small forward dash and swing your axe

Level up your equipped gear to 9 for your first playthrough and 10 if you're on NG+

How do i upgrade to level 10? I only have 9 levels?
Upgrade all your equipment. By the time you finish your story you should’ve all the necessary resources to level up to 10. Almost all of the upgradeable resources become purchasable at the shop
