During bifrost vengi move, if u keep ur shied up blinding fog will not affect u. Then u can throw axe or spear and still see everything.
The NG+ is brutally harder than the NG. Even with weapons and armor at level 10 you don’t have any edge over the bosses. I don’t see the point of level 10 weapons or armor if it doesn’t give me any edge over the bosses.
Yeah it's tougher for sure.
NG+1 in GMGOW is a whole different insainity. I love it.
Yup just like 2018 Valkyries. Have to learn the fights all over again.
@@oxfordking Valkyries were fine in new game+ on 2018 for me these berserkers are making me tear my hair out
20:20 i found for this high jump attack too when he jumps in the air if you just start running forward in a straight line you’ll outrun both the slam and the red circle, a little safer you’ll have enough time to turn around before his next attack

I've found that if you block when he does the blinding move, it doesn't blind you.
The Bk been given me a lot of problems in ng+ THANK YOU FOR THIS GUIDE no matter the high stats you have he still can beat the crap out of you as always with this dude you need to do a lot of practice he's probably the the hardest boss fight in the game we all love the berserker king he's an awesome boss stay 💪🛡⚔🏹
It's a endurance fight overall
This really helps me. I thought it was a glitch when King H. would just randomly just start walking around while I'm attacking. Thanks for the tip on the zig-zag projectiles, I just couldn't consistently dodge them. And on the spinning to hit move, his spinning sometimes slows then speeds up which threw my parrying/dodging off so I just hit rage, lol! Thanks for posting this.

i got him down to 4 bars twice. both times i had high health & then boom. things go south so quick. i’m making progress & i know i just need one good run. but doubt still remains high

@@oxfordking you were definitely right brother.. finally took him out last night right after i equipped valor. that extra health is just really important. your build also REALLY helped. i used the realm shift build for the other 12 but damage just wasn’t high enough

I parried that elemental projectiles ONCE in Ng+ in the alfeim Beserker fight (with the 3) by pure fluke idk how I did it and haven’t been able to since
Yeah you did what I couldnt haha NG+ was super jank with the parries. In New Game I could parry them easily but NG+ was just so weird.
@@oxfordking I know right! It’s so weird and (I also mainly use the guardian shield, best one imo) even with others I couldn’t manage to do it. If it’s a bug I hope they come out with a patch note soon
I think I watched the first one when the game first came out it actually helped so now in this one it’s all about patience and timing he’s just tossing me around like a rag doll and one thing that happened to me was when he’s swinging around I’m rolling away but I feel like I was pulled closer to him that’s the best way I could describe it maybe it’s a glitch or I’m just trash idk
Nah you're not trash at all - you're awesome - these NG+ fights are a tad bit different with timing etc.

I suck at partying I managed to get him a little past halfway I tried to copy your load out I’m missing the svartahelim entanchment
Yeah parrying isnt for everyone but hopefully the loadout I'm using will help you. It's pretty strong 💪 best of luck
Never been able to defeat hit yet? I need to know the best armour, amulet, etc to beat him. Believe me it took me five years to beat Seagrum in God of War, So any advice would be helpful.
I posted my build at the start of the video but any gear will do - just need to memorize patterns.

I found new game plus Hrolf to be an absolute nightmare, but I got through it much quicker than I did Gná, but this is cuz I fought most of the berserkers back to back, so i knew a lot of his attacks, even with that I still had a rough couple of hours with him, i used
-Maxed Ares Armour build set
-Onslaught Shield with Rond of Disruption
-All emblems you get from berserkers in NG+, save for replacing one with emblem of illusion for increased dodge distance
-Freya with Sonic arrows for increased stun with Sedhr exhale poison damage
-Relic was Hilt of Hothudh (one you get after beating Heimdall)
-Used regular spartan rage, but I recommend the third style you get, only because valor is somewhat useless since Hrolfs moves will take massive chunks out of your health, it's more useful to use rage to take a hit rather than heal after one
Any other advice I have would be to use your rage meter to avoid a hit if you make a mistake, if you time it right you wont take damage and youll stagger him

My only recommendation is to stick with one weapon and less runics as practice. Get the timing down. I have a 7 hour Livestream here on YT with tons of deaths; definitely no easy feat. Just patience, memorizing patterns etc.
