I’ve been practicing detachment bc often we get attached to things, people, & ideas but nothing on this earth is truly ours. We are only here to experience things. We can gain so much from each experience and overall learn from them. Right now I’m learning true forgiveness bc sometimes I get triggered and realize I’m not fully over something and haven’t fully forgiven myself or the other person from the situation. It’s a day by day process but in the end it will definitely be worth it.
I’ve noticed this. Once I started to find interest in other things such as kdramas, fitness, and financial I stopped worrying about them constantly. It does take time for me it took about a year to get over a relationship. I’m glad I went through that process because now I can look back and be grateful for the lessons that I now use to guide me through life.
We hit 1 year And 5 days later we broke up She moved on I didn’t It feels so hard She didn’t treat me right But I believe it was for the best I needed this Thank you sir❤️

It's ok to let yourself go through the pain and let yourself feel... if u truly love her make the decision to let her go... i know this advice isn't what u want to hear, but i had to learn this myself. Put yourself first and love yourself. U are the only person who won't let u down

People as one just don't understand u can move on EVERYTIME without showing no remorse or regret that's what people fell to realize thousands of people doing it I can't or don't see into the future too many people to boost everybody ego
