  • Todays video covers cleaning the frame and getting it ready for POR 15 to get it all sealed and ready. Lots of elbow grease and about 5 hours in total. Enjoy, Subscribe and let me know if you have any questions or thoughts!
    Por15 Tip:
Covers a LOT more than I thought it would. I bought a 32oz can and I would say you can do about 3-4 frames with that much. Goes on nice but beware- if it gets on your hands or clothes, its takes A LOT to get it off.

Awesome! Sure makes me wish I had a shop even more now! Have a 68 800 postal Scout sitting in my garage waiting for that kind of treatment! Looking forward to the next video! Give Cooper a pat on the head from Darren in TX!

Nice! Are you going to fab up your own motor and trans mounts or did you buy a kit somewhere? Yeah the postal Scout ain't much to look at now, but it'll be a fun cruiser. its 2WD and RHD - different and quirky at the same time!

id say I went through 1/3 of a quart with 1 coat. Going back once im done with the body and have it off for the last time to put another coat on. The stuff really lays down nice
