- I have decided to leave buriram .I can stay any longer . I booked a flight to Don Mueang International Airport and straight to hua hin . I'm not sure how long I am staying but another new province to visit in thailand .
I have a lot to think about .

The name of the hotel is called CITY BEACH RESORT hua hin
Hau Hin is nice Jay, less manic than Pattaya but plenty going on. I would suggest a couple of days in Cha am which is about 20 miles down the road. Good on you for not being a cash cow Jay 👍

Have time with your friends and just enjoy life.
Going to Thailand was a new start.
Within a few months you are probably as miserable as you have ever been.
There is no need to have a Thai girlfriend, take time on your own mate.
Enjoy life. No need to make it complicated
Another hour up the road is a place called Prachuap Kiri Khan, much more laid back than Hua Hin but plenty of expats about if you want people to talk too.
I much prefer it to HH.
Oh.... there's a guy with a channel called Eric living in Hua hin.
He comes across very much like yourself. I reckon you two would get on very well together.

Could you not have got a flight straight to hua hin ? There’s a fairly big airport there ,. You’ve done the right thing binning g/f off as I think you were being led down the garden path. Lazy assed family members expect the rich farang to cough up for everything,.I’ve stayed at your hotel a couple of times it’s a nice place “city beach resort” 800 bht p/night in December,inc breakfast,. Dead handy for night life, soi binta bat and father teds nearby,. Night mkt 5/10 mins walk away, enjoy,.also check out blue port and soi 80,.
@cabovermike did have a look at the flights . No direct flights to hau hin !! . I couldn't see any . I could be wrong . 😁😁 I was really happy with the hotel. It was really good for the cost . Thank you 🇹🇭😊🙏
I personally think that’s a good call by yourself Jay. These decisions are never easy to take, but staying in Buriram would only have ended one way…trust me, you got away pretty lightly.
Enjoy your time in Hua Him, enjoy meeting your friend(and his friends), enjoy the bar scene, enjoy the company of a lady or two, but don’t get involved too quickly. You need time to get your head around this changing situation you find yourself in, and complicating it with another”mouth to feed” only makes things more complicated.

Hua Hin is a nice relaxed seaside town and has a lot more to offer you than Buriram.

If i could offer a piece of advice ,you need to find where you are happiest you have travelled to most areas of Thailand so you know what each place has to offer the pros and cons . Get yourself settled in a long term rental agreement which will save you dollar from hotels .once settled wont take long to find a partner .

That's good, so you've been there for about a week already & your videos are more up to date, excellent - Hope that you are having a more relaxed time there - If you have time & fancy a little break, jump on the train down to Prachuap khiri khan, it's not far at all & check it out - Can rent a beachfront hotel for around 700 Baht a night - I'll pick you up at the station & show you around 👍

My lass done uni in bkk so never went bk to ubon we the complete opposite I want to go there to chill she will not go back untill we are older 😂 does make me think how lucky to be with a women who come from a family who work government or own business but she does tell me big difference in Isan if you live in city to the country her father tell me first time I meet I don’t want your money only that you look after my daughter her aunt take for food she pay they don’t want any money if we marry
