I find it funny how it took Jay less time to find critiques, record the sound, edit and everything else quicker than the so called "almighty" cinema sins

RhysTheT00n and Ryan Tewson, I missed his jokes about this movie that movie joke in his older videos because it’s the only type of humor I like that people like Jay says a movie should stand on its own merit.
I kind of disagree with the comment about Nick and Captain Marvel. She feels bad because he was the one who called on her to help Earth. She probably doesn't know he did that literally as he was dying.
Wasnt it kinda badly explained how long did they know each other? Most of the plot is in one or 2 days but modern movies hate time skip captions and just leave you assuming.
I happen to be a little ahead of the curve comparing to my friends so a couple of years ago I've been watching CinemaSins before my friends knew all about it. At some point I decided that instead of "enjoying" all the nitpicks and "sins" in the movies I'd rather just watch and enjoy the movies, so I had to tell my friends (who caught up with the fad) to stop sending me links to CinemaSins, because it's pointless nitpicking and bitching about non-plotholes. Because it is (a lot of the times) a case of "I have 3 explanations to this 'sin', but the movie showed none, so boo-hoo". I remember the case of Doctor Strange and countless questions like "why didn't Dormammu just grab the Time Stone and then killed Strange?" and my counter question is "why do you assume it didn't happen and taking away the stone didn't solve the problem for Dormammu but restarted the loop?". Seriously, the movie should show 50 different scenarios of the time loop just so that one asshole will ask about the 51st scenario. And in case of the Engame support group that's just fucking low. You know there's a scene in "The Boys" where they go to see support group for people hurt and maimed by superheroes, I sure want an entire spin-off story about how the guy who got his dick frozen dead while having sex with a superchick starts a support group and hands out pamphlets. Truly a story worth telling.
Yeah. I used to be subscribed until I realised that I wasn't enjoying them on any level anymore. They weren't funny, and rather than entertaining me by bringing up interesting questions or pointing out problems with movies I love, they were actually annoying the fuck out of me with how ridiculous their "Sins" were.
"Hello, and welcome back to SinsSins, this *should* (emphasis on should) come out on the first of December 2019" Welp, you done darn did a goof Jay. Good job!
Not sure if they're still using Sean Carrol as their science advisor, but he's really good at breaking down science for lay people: those Hollywood writers probably understand quantum mechanics better than you would expect. (You can probably blame him for the multiverse being so much of an MCU thing, it's one of his big subjects.)
@@SimonBuchanNz Probably not, the multiverse was already in the comics before the MCU. It's a good idea for anybody that wants an infinite supply of usable ideas for a long-running franchise, so I'm not surprised they put it in the movies too.
@@SimonBuchanNz multiverse is already a thing in comics (look up how many alternate spidermans there are, i'm serious, do it now), and spiderman: far from home mocked the entire concept and deliberately misled the audience about it. so, they're aware and playing with it.
It's a duality: On the one hand, you saw Cinemasins as a place to point out movie plot holes and hear a few jokes. On the other hand, when you found a better alternative, you realized that you have grown as a person, and have better tastes. You don't always have to like your mistakes/decisions, but what constitutes growth from them can dawn on you later. TL:DR you became enlightened, one way or another.
In the early days cinemasins wasn't that bad (was still bad, just not as bad as now) Also, as someone mentioned, people grow and see that what they used to like was actually garbage. Happens to everyone
your brain is supposed to recognize and connect patterns. unless something is actively and clearly harming you, you generally won't recognize that it's bad unless you have absorbed enough information and data to form that conclusion in comparison to other things. i watched plenty of their videos, and it wasn't until i noticed that they only had three jokes and were wrong constantly that i stopped. i needed enough data to form the pattern. patterns, like words, like a form of speech, like a form of correspondence.
I remember commenting as a joke in part 4 of the cinema sins infinity war dissection that I was coming from the future to let everyone know that this video (css for Endgame) would come before you finished that dissection.
Carol's mentor deceived her and only told her lies. Fury, while only spending a brief time with him, was one of the few people she genuinly befriended and treated her as an equal.
and he helped her stop the Kree when finding out what they did to her while on her home planet that she didn’t know was he home planet. I think the look for Fury is justified but hey🤷🏽♂️
@@BasilNUmeh Forming a bond has nothing to do with how much time you spent with a person. And befriending a person doesn't mean you have to form some huge bond or anything.
“How’d he know it was 50%?!” Part of the suspension of disbelief is that the MAGIC SPACE GLOVE works. That’s a caveat you just have to buy into for Infinity War or Endgame to work. And why the hate for the hero shot where Black Widow is loading a gun while Hawkeye has a bow and arrow in the same shot?
Jay I recently rewatched your video on that netflix sci-fi, I loved it. I recently watched the first episode of a new show on Netflix, day breakers, and if you’re looking for another video this is “a long” I think it’s perfect.
3:25 it’s almost like the length of time they spent together is immaterial when Fury is the first relationship Carol had in years (as far as we can be aware) that wasn’t built on a lie, with a person who treated her like an equal.
And she faced off against Thanos because SOMEBODY had to do it. Plus, Marvel has this... cliche where if one guy gets bitch-slapped by the villain, it's the other guy's turn, if that same other guy gets bitch-slapped, then it's another hero's turn. That's exactly what happened in the scene he's talking about. If Iron Man gets bitch-slapped by Thanos, then, let's say...the Hulk gets a turn at defeating Thanos. For a team, the Avengers do suck at fighting like a team because most of the time, they just throw themselves one-by-one at the villain until the villain's been K.O.'d. but with a strong villain such as Thanos, that strategy isn't gonna fucking work after a while.
*THIS IS A THING THAT THE MOVIE SHOULD NOT BE TAKING TIME OUT TO EXPLAIN BECAUSE TAKING TIME OUT TO EXPLAIN THIS WOULD DETRACT FROM THE PACING AND ADD NOTHING TO THE PLOT*

Average fan of Jeremy: "Oh wow he talks fast and uses run-on sentences. HE MUST BE CORRECT EVEN THOUGH WHAT HE IS SAYING IS MISLEADING AND OFTEN FALSE!"
Jeremy's issue with the whole "exactly 50%" thing is even more pedantic than you've mentioned: How many planets has Thanos culled in his lifetime? Apparently he's over 1000 years old. Let's say he's decimated 10,000 planets in that time (quite generous). There are 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets in the observable universe. So Jeremy and people who complain about this are complaining about a 0.00000000000000000001% discrepancy of population.
Thank you for making this… I just commented on Cinema sins everything wrong with endgame saying how it was the first time in all these years and videos of theirs that I was really disappointed and he sounded really desperate and just like a hater.
Due to the distortion of time when travelling at light speed or close to it, It would not be 20 years for captain marvel. Fury also didnt give her a reason to hate him. Also people can build relationships faster with different people.
Sinssins.... Sin? Just wondering, surely we can't know how close Captain Marvel and Nick Fury have become "Off screan", Or what they've had to deal with during that 20 year gap? Could be as close as her look would lead us to believe.... 🤔 Good vid. 👱🏻♀️✌🏻
8:00 Actually the quantum realm in this movie was stupid, because Ant Man said he was in there for 5 hours while the world moved ahead 5 years, yet he was able to communication with Hope in the Ant Man and the Wasp End Credit scene, if the time gap is that big communication shouldn't even be possible. Also Time in the Quantum Realm still moves forward not backwards so cinema cins has a point here.
If I'm understanding it correctly, the point is that one can move through time in the quantum realm--there is no time gap at all. It's like if you could open a door and enter a hallway of other doors, and each one connected to a different time--you could come out tomorrow or 1000 years from now, but for YOU, it's just the few hours it takes you to find the right door.
@@BWMagus But if there is no time gap then why did 5 years feel like 5 hours? Either the quantum realm moves faster than the rest of the world (which means Antman can't talk to hope with that in that end credit scene) or Antman was in there for 5 years and it felt like 5 years which means he should be dead.
Eh Jay. It's not really that hard of a decision to turn against the man who shot, kidnapped, and lied to her. It's not even the same situation as Gamora who was raised from childhood by Thanos. Danvers' memories were mostly fabricated and her real ones had came back to her by the end of the movie. As for her being sad over Nick fury. Fury was one of the only real human connections she had left. I'm sure the Endgame scenes being made before the CM movie was made played a role in how it plays out but loosing Fury is really Carols personal stake against Thanos( given how clunky her introduction to the MCU is)
@@Schwartzbruder1 She's aware of it AND had time to process it. She didn't just find out he was lying, she had time to think about what had happened to her. That's why she doesn't need to react that much about fighting that guy.

You know you shouldn’t use the hypocrite lableif you can’t prove you aren’t one too. Because this prooves your ignoring scenes where she does react to it and context just to jump on the “captian marvel is bad” bandwagon. “Gaeneth Paltrow doesn’t know what movie she’s in in this scene” is actually a pretty good joke reference. In an interview, she completely forgot that she was in Spider Man: Homecoming.

I'm gonna sin your Captain Marvel sin - you often get on CinemaSins (and rightfully so) for sinning pure assumptions they have no evidence to support either way, but you just did that here. You have *no idea* how much she and Fury have seen or talked to each other over the years since her movie, they could've talked every single week for all we know. But you're sinning it and mocking it for your own baseless assumption that she's had zero interaction with him beyond what we saw in her movie that occurred decades earlier? I’ve reported his location to the FBI and Girl Scouts
Eddie Savela huh!? Not the Girl Scouts!!! Don’t do that!!!!
Zack Dornan I cannot undo this action, by now they are most likely at his location
NO FUCK YOU
I find it funny how it took Jay less time to find critiques, record the sound, edit and everything else quicker than the so called "almighty" cinema sins
Jay just predicted and prerecorded all of points (and even more, in total 1.2 billion points), and then put in the video only the appropriate ones. Don't underestimate his power.
I believe Jeremy does it on purpose, so people will check his channel to see if the video has dropped.. Oh it hasn't, I'll rewatch This video then. Tell me I'm wrong.
Missed hearing "the adding nothing to the plot" jingle
Me: It's one of his funniest gags IMO. You can meme it for loads of things.
Everyone: This is not something you should be taking time out to explain because taking time out to explain this detracts from the comment and adds nothing to the thread. *DING*
RhysTheT00n and Ryan Tewson, I missed his jokes about this movie that movie joke in his older videos because it’s the only type of humor I like that people like Jay says a movie should stand on its own merit.
@@RoronoaZoro-ur6hr Dammit. Now I need to watch them all again
Jeremy sinned black widow cocking the gun when hawkeye was shooting a bow and arrow
The society jokes gave me a solid chuckle. Thank you.
5:30 Why Jay, you should consider a singing career with that song.
15:00
5:08 That farts joke was horrendous. Worse than any "sin" they've pointed out in this movie.
I laughed at the ”Oh my god, it's Mauler" moment, and I am at the office, try explaining that to your boss
Truly a story worth telling.
spot on
"Seriously, the movie should show 50 different scenarios of the time loop just so that one asshole will ask about the 51st scenario."
Yeah. I used to be subscribed until I realised that I wasn't enjoying them on any level anymore. They weren't funny, and rather than entertaining me by bringing up interesting questions or pointing out problems with movies I love, they were actually annoying the fuck out of me with how ridiculous their "Sins" were.

'Quantum mechanics!'
'Oh, so relativity then?'
When you know less than a Hollywood writer about quantum mechanics.
David Wilson exactly what was going on in my mind when he said that.
To be fair, that Hollywood writer did a 10 times better job than most writers do with this subject.
Hhh. It’s been so long since I actually watched a CinemaSins video, in any way, and this is...wow. Jesus.
I used to like this?
It's ok, we were all dumb once.
It's a duality:
On the one hand, you saw Cinemasins as a place to point out movie plot holes and hear a few jokes.
On the other hand, when you found a better alternative, you realized that you have grown as a person, and have better tastes.
You don't always have to like your mistakes/decisions, but what constitutes growth from them can dawn on you later.
TL:DR you became enlightened, one way or another.
In the early days cinemasins wasn't that bad (was still bad, just not as bad as now)
Also, as someone mentioned, people grow and see that what they used to like was actually garbage.
I'm so proud of you Jay! Also very excited to watch that amazing llama song video...
I remember commenting as a joke in part 4 of the cinema sins infinity war dissection that I was coming from the future to let everyone know that this video (css for Endgame) would come before you finished that dissection.
I watch CinemaSins all the time, but you make great points. And you're much funnier.
Omg the “society” editing with the Joker was brilliant.
Dude it's still like a day
@@BasilNUmeh So what?

Jay, kicked himself on the 1st and 2nd and possibly 3rd depending on where you live!
“How’d he know it was 50%?!”
Part of the suspension of disbelief is that the MAGIC SPACE GLOVE works.

“Ant-Man doesn’t shrink and go into Thanos’ bum, he grows and puts Thanos in his bum”
3:25 it’s almost like the length of time they spent together is immaterial when Fury is the first relationship Carol had in years (as far as we can be aware) that wasn’t built on a lie, with a person who treated her like an equal.
I mean even I knew that.
Making a lot of assumptions here.
@@fightingmedialounge519 what assumptions??? The movie shows us these things quite clearly. There's no implications going on here.
@Snehil Shrey you're obviously not insane. 🙄

The fact that 3 sins were taken off, it shows that maybe CinemaSins put a tiny bit more effort into this video.
putting up Joker whenever saying "society." A+
It’s funny that you make these so much faster than Jeremy makes the original videos... and yet yours contain less errors and more effort
i miss the cinemasins that pointed out a soda can jumping between shots, not making cheap jokes and missing the point of scenes entirely.
I get a nice fuzzy feeling with how he lingers on CinemaWins twice alongside Sins when he could've easily cut that one off.

I love the content you make now, but it’s also fun when you post SinsSins videos every now and then. So basically, you’re doing great
Average fan of Jeremy: "Oh wow he talks fast and uses run-on sentences. HE MUST BE CORRECT EVEN THOUGH WHAT HE IS SAYING IS MISLEADING AND OFTEN FALSE!"
Missed sin: nebula doesn't go back to 2023 after she finds out thanos is coming, even though she could.
I’m surprised you didn’t do a missed sin for the fact that everyone survives Thanos’ ship decimating the building with missiles.
Gotta love the random Joker clips whenever he says society
Jeremy's issue with the whole "exactly 50%" thing is even more pedantic than you've mentioned:
How many planets has Thanos culled in his lifetime? Apparently he's over 1000 years old. Let's say he's decimated 10,000 planets in that time (quite generous). There are 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets in the observable universe. So Jeremy and people who complain about this are complaining about a 0.00000000000000000001% discrepancy of population.
Thank you for making this… I just commented on Cinema sins everything wrong with endgame saying how it was the first time in all these years and videos of theirs that I was really disappointed and he sounded really desperate and just like a hater.
Sin 46 (SinSin 23): The3Birdman mentioned this, but why is Jeremy sinning the gun when in the same shot, there is a man using a bow and arrow?
Cody Toeung Yeah, a bow and arrow is probably less effective than a gun.
Good to have you back in the SinsSins community, Jay
You seem to always forget that CinemaCins is a satirical channel, i love endgame but i don’t take the sins as insults to my fucking family
Good vid.

Thebirdman has a better explanation as to why this is a dumb sin in his video
If I'm understanding it correctly, the point is that one can move through time in the quantum realm--there is no time gap at all. It's like if you could open a door and enter a hallway of other doors, and each one connected to a different time--you could come out tomorrow or 1000 years from now, but for YOU, it's just the few hours it takes you to find the right door.
@@dread_wolf2301 Except it's not.
@@dread_wolf2301 Cinema Sin has some dumb sins and this isn't one of them.
I'm sure the Endgame scenes being made before the CM movie was made played a role in how it plays out but loosing Fury is really Carols personal stake against Thanos( given how clunky her introduction to the MCU is)
Yes but it would probably make her feel some kind of tiny emotion, no? Fighting the guy who you'd trusted for six years? Nah guess not...
@@JayExci except her trust was entirely fabricated. It was entirely imposed on her and she's aware of this
@@Schwartzbruder1 She's aware of it AND had time to process it. She didn't just find out he was lying, she had time to think about what had happened to her. That's why she doesn't need to react that much about fighting that guy.
She didn't really process it.
Yes she should be sad about turning on the guy who murdered her mentor and brainwashed her into serving genocidal maniacs. You know you shouldn’t use the hypocrite lableif you can’t prove you aren’t one too. Because this prooves your ignoring scenes where she does react to it and context just to jump on the “captian marvel is bad” bandwagon.
Captain marvel isn’t perfect but it is still a pretty good marvel movie and there IS a clear arc for Carol in this movie amd I saw plenty of personailty too.

Jay Exci is back as SinsSins. STAY THAT WAY.
Seems kinda hypocritical man.
