    This is a great video, but it would be so much more useful if if was presented as a follow along video. Please make it available in that format.

    This is great stuff that is definitely going to help my surfing, perhaps especially popping up. The video carefully goes through how to do each position correctly, and encourages you to put them together with the timing and speed that’s best for you.
    I agree that it would be great to have a complementary video that is follow-along.

    I am so happy that I found this video. Definitly having hard times with my pop up because of very stiff hips. This will help to step my game up!

    this is a great little flow but i had to keep going back and doing the opposite side which was confusing--would be fabulous to just teach both sides straight through and talk through a couple flows of it also--otherwise awesome and i wish i were still there!! Highly recommend Surf Simply-- it amped my surf 200%!!!!

    theses stretches feel good, but there is so much talking around that I constantly have to speed up the video. I cannot dwell into and go with the flow, when it's presented this way. It's format is suitable for an offline class, not an online video-class.
