Thank you for this Erika. As a suburban dad, I surf at Melbourne's Urbnsurf only about once a week, but I use your video 2 or times a week. For me, this full-body cool-down is the best! I'm 49 and my spine and neck are barely flexible enough for surfing. I was wondering, for your next yoga video could you include more postures for spinal flexibility (e.g. for paddling) and the neck (e.g. for turning to look up at the lip when surfing backhand). Thank you again for this video!!
