Actually, when my laptop faced that issue, i decided to restart it. And it actually worked.For people who tried that thing and it didnt work, i recommend it to restart it again.

I don't know how to control my pc, When I hit the cmd then run administrator the answer quickly if I go some changes of my windows apps. there is yes and no, I'm not choose the both if I'm agree or not, what if my pc is going to hung up, otherwise my days is also hung up also.
