Don't want my neighbors to think I think this is cool 🤣🤣🤣🤣 everyone who came to watch this wanted to do this and know exactly what it sounded like. Good job but we're still straight piping 5.0s
Maybe you’re right, or maybe I just don’t like playing pretend race truck like a big baby. My race bikes are loud and that’s cool to me. It serves no purpose. Maybe gained 3hp at 6k rpm haha
Nah, it sounds too thin and raspy. I have a flowmaster super 10 on mine right now that I'm about to ditch because it's too loud but it only sounds slightly better than it did straight piped. There are plenty of great sounding V8s, the Coyote ain't one of them.
Okay that sounds exactly like mine with it dumping at the flange. With 2.5 all the way back and out the side it sounds like a tame mustang. I honestly felt bad doing it to mine cause I used clamps and autozone pipe as a template for whenever I bring it in to be done professionally, but that work is terrible lol
I have a 5.3 headers to tips there ain’t nothin I love it my neighbors do hate me but atleast I get at 5:30 and go to work they can only hate the exhaust
I’m a girl and I drive a 2015 , 5.0 obviously a V8 , 4 x 4 lariat and my baby girl has a 6 inch lift , she already has an exhaust. She sounds kinda loud but I want her to sound louder because it will just fit the truck better I guess because she is lifted. And I am getting mine hollowed out full straight pipe. I want mine to be really loud. I mean she’s already loud, but I want her louder.
Sounds fine to me, but it's just not for you.... What might of helped, running the tail pipes back under the rear bumper so you don't hear it as much in the cab. Also, if you don't want the cackle throw a couple heavy-duty mufflers on it.
My RCSB came with a flowmaster super 10 and it sounds awful, it's super raspy, crackly and thin sounding. Coyotes are good engines but they sound god awful with a loud exhaust. I'm putting the stock exhaust back on soon. Edit: The stock exhaust is back on, thank god. I was tired of the engine sounding like it was misfiring when the cylinder deactivation kicked in, putting a loud exhaust on a Coyote is as bad as putting one on a V6 or I4, just leave it stock.
Atleast the stock exhaust comes already rusted. Id of done a hushpower and had a shop do a real exhaust. Id probly charge you as much to put the stock exhaust back on as just building you a good set up. I do agree the straight pipe sounds like shit.
Do you know what that stands for? Maybe I should play pretend race truck by making the exhaust loud. Then I’ll be like an overgrown 5 year old 😂 it doesn’t make it faster, so please explain why it should be loud.
One thing I will say if you're going to buy a truck leave the lights the way they are don't make everything factory do a dual exhaust you can straight pipe it but put the tips all the way out the back or to the side but yes I agree I think it looks crappy how it is dumped but if you don't want all of that noise and you're a young kid then buy a little car or a station
I appreciate your thoughts. Why should I buy a small car or a station though? I bought a truck because I use the bed almost every day. I’m not aware of their sole purpose is to be modified into a loud noise making machine? Can you please explain why I would need that as a truck owner? Perhaps I am not a “young kid” anymore and have a matured brain 🧠.
If it had the tail pipe coming out it sounds a lot better than just a dump my 12 is straight piped with the 5.0 but it has the tailpipe caused a lot less drone insist the truck an sounds a lot better that that
Yea maybe your right… if I don’t like the sound of a broken exhaust I shouldn’t have a v8 😂😂😂. I’m really just wondering how unintelligent you really must be. Love it
There's not much you can do to the truck coyote to make it sound good, the stock exhaust manifolds are only slightly better than log headers and they give it a thin, raspy exhaust note. You're better off leaving it stock.
Damn bro you have more complaints on that truck than anything else. Maybe you bought the wrong truck? I respect your opinion about the sound but maybe you should have done more study on that truck before buying it. Just saying.
I have an '03 C5 and a '22 RCSB 5.0 F-150. The Coyote sounds like garbage, especially when the cylinder deactivation kicks in, it sounds like it has a bad misfire.
Don't want my neighbors to think I think this is cool 🤣🤣🤣🤣 everyone who came to watch this wanted to do this and know exactly what it sounded like. Good job but we're still straight piping 5.0s
😂😂 I’ll admit. Sounds better on camera. Sounds broken and tacky in person. Just an opinion though.
Amen brother
Stock exhaust back on? Really?
They sound like garbage, if you want a good sounding V8, buy an LS/LT or a Hemi. The Coyote makes great power but it sounds horrible.
@@callofgamer24Sounds good with a nice exhaust system. My neighbor has a hemi straight piped and it sounds horrible, mostly at low rpm’s.
I think you are more of a Prius guy.
Maybe you’re right, or maybe I just don’t like playing pretend race truck like a big baby. My race bikes are loud and that’s cool to me. It serves no purpose. Maybe gained 3hp at 6k rpm haha
Sounds good to me
“I know a guy who can do it cheaper”
Guy who did it cheaper quality of work…..
Yes really
CIIIITTTYYYYY BOOOOOIIIII!!!!!
😂😂
coyote can pull off a straight pipe
Yes, it would sound really bad in other motors I’m sure
@@motoblast3574 sounds good on my 5.3
@@motoblast3574 basically anything sounds better with a straight pipe
@@SniperTO not a v6 or an i4 lol

Haha sweet. Yea the work was a shame
Sounds like a truck
Sounds good
Yes I had a muffler delete on my F150 and it was way too loud on cold starts.
I kinda see what you mean it probably just needs a clean exhaust instead of a delete
Your right
sounds similar to mine at idle. I have a cat back flowmaster outlaw in mine.
Yours probably sounds good!
Every mechanic says ya cant quiet a v8
I have a 5.3 headers to tips there ain’t nothin I love it my neighbors do hate me but atleast I get at 5:30 and go to work they can only hate the exhaust
It sounds perfect
How much did you pay for it and how many miles
It's sounds pretty bad because its turn downs. But if you leave the factory piping and cut the muffler off and put pipe in its place sounds the 👌
Yes, that makes sense
I’m a girl and I drive a 2015 , 5.0 obviously a V8 , 4 x 4 lariat and my baby girl has a 6 inch lift , she already has an exhaust. There’s never too loud give it too me then😎😂
Sounds like a V8… to trade on an ecoboost lol
Why would I want an eco boost? So you mean the 99.9% of all v8 owners shouldn’t have them if they keep it stock? I love the logic 😂
Sounds great
Idk that’s sounds great.
Take the cats off even better
you a b word it sounds fye
Since when are 5 year olds allowed to comment on TH-cam?

Yes I did

Sounds right to me 😊
Atleast the stock exhaust comes already rusted.
Id of done a hushpower and had a shop do a real exhaust.
Id probly charge you as much to put the stock exhaust back on as just building you a good set up.
I do agree the straight pipe sounds like shit.
If it was true dual pipes with no cats it would be so much louder. Like gunshots on a cold start in the morning
Dude must live in a HOA.
Do you know what that stands for?
Maybe I should play pretend race truck by making the exhaust loud. Then I’ll be like an overgrown 5 year old 😂 it doesn’t make it faster, so please explain why it should be loud.
It sounds like a heterosexual MANS TRUCK,to me! A truck is NOT supposed to be quite like a car! Driving it straight piped will make you beard grow!

Dumping the exaust gona cause more drone

I guess you like squats
Go check out my exhaust vids I’ve gotten 3 different set ups
Nice!!
city boi
Lol
Lmao 😂 for real..
I agree don't buy a v8 🤦♂️go to Toyota and get a v4 GO FORD 👍💯
Yes don’t buy a v8 if you don’t intend on cutting your exhaust off 😂😂😂😂 sounds like a smart thing to say
Ah yes. The infamous v4
Unless you're talking about a motorcycle or a '70s european Ford, nobody makes anything with a V4.
maybe dont buy a v8
Yea maybe your right… if I don’t like the sound of a broken exhaust I shouldn’t have a v8 😂😂😂. I’m really just wondering how unintelligent you really must be. Love it
Kick rocks rice boy
@motoblast3574 Dude you're gay af hahahaha tell us you drive a truck to your desk job everyday without saying it
Wouldnt own nothing but a v8 in any 1500 or f-150 truck but like diesels too.
Gay
Lmaoo go get a V6 instead then 😴😴
@@Lucario509 why?
Get an active exhaust
Just looks like a poorly done exhaust, a proper exhaust will sound great on that truck
There's not much you can do to the truck coyote to make it sound good, the stock exhaust manifolds are only slightly better than log headers and they give it a thin, raspy exhaust note. You're better off leaving it stock.
Then buy a v6 twinkie
Those sound like shit too, what's your point?
Def not that loud lol my 6.2 Chevy would deafen you if that’s the case lol
Definitely a liberal 😅
Guess that makes 98% of this country liberals 😅
Coyotes sound like shit. Nothing liberal about that.
lol this video made me cringe u need to drive a eco boost or a Tesla
Definitely not even loud 😂😂😂
Loud enough to sound like a junker
Acts like it’s too loud stop being a grandpa
For real
It's not that it's loud, it's that it sounds terrible.

moto blast? more like karen blast #liberal
😂 I don’t need to make noise to try being cool. Your like a big baby playing games… doesn’t make it faster.
This comment is so Karen. #irony
Let me guess democrat?
Far from it.. I just don’t need to make noise while driving a slow truck that’s used for transportation. It’s no trophy truck 😂 so why act like it is
Sounds good to me
