Delhi constantly has water and electricity cuts whereas we don't have anything of that sort ever. In Mumbai.. Delhi water is also not consumable many times it's mixed with sewage and infected.. mumbai has the best quality of water in the whole city. This is only a section of the city

Most of the builders are waiting for completion of projects like the metro, coastal road etc. Once these basic infrastructure projects are done you can see many projects starting there.
