Amazing Kawasaki just pushed a recall for the Clutch? larger cover more oil capacity better cooling supposedly. Still a good video for installing a Hinson.👍 I have a Complete Hinson Clutch in my 2021 KX250XC.
Hey man when you installed yours in the directions did you see where it says put the kick starter gear in the freezer for 15 minutes and then an open range for 4 minutes I haven’t installed my clutch yet but I haven’t seen anyone talk about it in the videos just wandering what your thoughts are on it
Hey buddy, on the Hinson clutch kits for our bike, it says remove the jutter springs and the seat ring that’s right under. Did you only remove the jutter spring and left the seat ring in it?
Yes it is. And honestly I had 26 hours on the stock clutch before it started to slip any. And that was with racing and training for pro ams to get ready for the pro nationals. I think if you run a good oil and change it often you’ll be fine.
Rekluse is mainly performance and need a lot more maintenance then Hinson if your super hard on it and race every weekend or your pro or something I would go with rekluse but if your just doin everyday ridin like going trail riding desert track sometimes I would go with Hinson it’s alot safer and has a little more slip

No remove both
Ok I did, I was just making sure. I’m literally changing mine right now lol. Thanks buddy🤙
@@Dickson219 absolutely no problem 👍🏻
Is this bike a 21? If so, are you replacing the stock clutch with the 5 spring Hinson due to burning and slipping?
Yes it is. And honestly I had 26 hours on the stock clutch before it started to slip any. And that was with racing and training for pro ams to get ready for the pro nationals. I think if you run a good oil and change it often you’ll be fine.
Hey bro I have a 2021 kx250 as well what clutch system fits our bike? You got a link?
I have kx 250 2021 and i have the same clutch noise. Is it dangerous or something, i had never hear sound like this
I never had an issue so I’d say no. But it wouldn’t hurt to check it out just to be safe
@@granttaylorvlogs thank you
I’m not sure if I should get a Hinson or a rekluse clutch when I move up to 250
Ive been told rekluse grip harder so puts more ware on the transmission. But I don’t have personal experience on it.

Hinson 💯
Hey bro I just got a 2021 kx250 as well, what clutch system fits our bikes? They don’t have any ones that fit it on Rocky mtn, do you have a link?
Most people are sold out. Im not sure.
Hinson clutch direct will have them. Basically using a 2020 clutch
@@randallpeterson5547 yes they’re back in stock now.
Yo you should make a vid with Kyler and Lawson
I’ve been trying but haven’t had anyone to film
