Been watching for a while and this will be the first real home your family has had, kids need a stable environment with familial support, especially Grandma. That's your wife's home town and everyone knows her so you have to honor her rep and behave yourself. The beach videos are much easier to watch, AC was depressing, you should see if you can hire a cuya to take you fishing

Florida isn’t affordable anymore, even long time residents are leaving. There property tax has gone way up, cost more to register a car there food cost are higher. I’ve tried for 2 yrs to move & you have to be pretty wealthy to do it. Insurance on homes have tripled too arghhhh!

Living off grid in my RV in America helps me afford living in the Philippines, We built a 100-meter 4-bedroom house here in the Philippines with a sari sari store in 2017 ... , I am a retired coal miner, and Florida is great for living off grid in some counties. KEEP living your dream Marcos, I am at 62, my Philippina is 50 and we've been together for over 8 years .Our power bill runs about 8k pesos store and house with split AC...we have a fridg and 2 soda coolers glass front;s....No debt here or America is a great life , Florida doesnt tax RVs or My Truck .
Note to self: remember to bring and carry eating utensils when I go to the PI. lol
