What a great game. I love standard deck card games, and there have been a slew of great solitaire ones coming out the past few years, but this is one of my favorites. It's almost as tense to watch as it is to play.
Super cool. I like the idea, but wondering if it's too easy? This was only one play through and it could've been circumstantial, but seemed like there wasn't too much worry -especially from the middle point on. What a cool idea though, thanks!
It looks easy because I make it look easy ;) Jokes aside, I have a pretty good win rate with this game so I would say it's on the easier side. I find the beginning to be the hardest when you first get your deck going (pretty much every time I've lost was in the beginning), the middle to be not too bad, and the ending can be sometimes tricky depending on what cards you put on the bottom throughout the game
In my experience you never lose until the end, so it seems easy until you reach the bottom of the deck when you find out if you have collected what it takes or if you messed up.
Like most games of this type, luck of the draw does play a small factor. If you find it too easy you could always start with lower cards, or require you have a HIGHER number (rather than just equal) to capture.
Is there a two or three player version of this? I'd like to play a deck building game with my dad, but it needs to be simple enough for him to follow, and I think this might barely be it.
I'm not what the best way of doing something like this. The only thing that comes to mind but wouldn't be the most exciting is using 2 decks and basically playing a 1v1 competition of the game. Though maybe you could also do some co-op mode with 2 decks and some minor rule changes
So I kinda did things out of order at the beginning. I initially had some face card in my initial 4 cards so that was removed, then I did the Enemy Phase where I slid the cards down and refilled the row. The new card in this case was that ace. Sorry i didn't make this clear in the video!

Hope you enjoy it!
What a nice game! Looks likes its based on some of the card games out there but you only need one deck of cards. I love it! Keep this videos coming =)
Thanks! Will do 👍

Not that I'm aware of! I guess maybe each player could have their own deck and you could just compete against each other
@@boardgameswiththomas that's what I was thinking. Thanks.
Nice video! where did you get the deck?I like the look of it
Thanks! I got the deck as a gift. It's the Bioluminescent Penguin Magic cards
This game is addictive, I'm super bad at it. 😂
anybody have a 2 player version in mind?😮Im not much for solo plays but i love to play with my wife

If a face or ace is dealt out they go under the deck but the ace ♥️ stayed when you started playing.
Am I misunderstanding?
