- On this episode we travel to Mississippi to visit my buddy Wesley. I brought the trailer along to pick up some wood to remodel my kitchen. Little did I know Wesley, had a sneaky plan the whole time. We got the tow truck ready to go and headed into the woods to save another C10 pick up. When it was all cleaned up and sitting in the shop, he tossed me the keys and said here you go, it's yours. I was blown away and super excited. Now, I can finally build my shop truck.

If that youngin of yours doesn’t turn out to be a hot roder then he will be a famous actor one day! I really get a kick out seeing the pure joy on his face when he is working a on something with you or just seeing a new hot rod for the first time. We all really need to make sure we keep our kids, boys and girls, involved with our projects.. Your a good dude 12volt I know you don’t need me to say that but good things come to good people. Man, that truck is in GREAT condition. Can't ask for a better start than that. I really hope all those other vehicles in that field get rescued before they get any worse. Lots of great project material just sitting there. That Model A rat rod was bad ass. Love that he kept it Ford powered.

Definitely a 69 by the grill and side markers. I have a 71 but i like the 69 grill so much i changed my grill to the 69. Nice find boys.. Dave you need to get it ready and come up to NC for c10 revival truck show this year . I ran into Cotton there one year.. Dude is cool as hell.

Lucky SOB... big block, 4 speed, buff out paint with comet n wet rag, oolish it , new tires, brakes etc n enjoy it... truck would shine w the comet treatment...

It’s gotta be so nice to have money and know how to build all that cool stuff. Between bad decisions and bad luck I never got a chance to have anything really cool. I’m now old disabled and broke. Kids make good decisions, you do not want a life like I’ve had.

I watch a few of these shows' and a lot of father's don't take there kids with them at all Finnigan never takes his kids with him or even out to the garage, I hope he douse it off screen, kids need to learn life skills and be with there father's Way to Dave.

Just watched your video of your Lamborghini riding around your yard and your son is definitely going to be a hot rodder like Dad is, great job In getting the Lambo running again and when you turned it over with the spark plugs out and it shot the transmission fluid out of the spark plug holes and the look on your face,all i could think about at the moment was the Cotten would have been standing right there when it came flying out lol,sorry Cotten lol.Great videos David ane now to watch this one and i definitely subscribed

Letting your son drive Bob's rat rod brought back memories of me riding on my Dad's lap and steering his old 67 mustang. He's gone now and I wish he could ride in my 2024 Mustang GT with me. Thanks for the drive down memory lane!

I still remember the first time my grandpa let me drive sitting on his lap. I was 6 and I was the last one to drive his 68 3/4 ton Chevy, before he traded it in on his brand new Ford Ranger in 86.
