Domestic violence is nothing to play with. My heart goes out to this young lady as I too am a victim of domestic and verbal abuse. This man was so hateful that I knew I had to get away. I left everything: job, home family and moved to another city in Texas. This situation took place in 2007. Still in 2024, I don’t date or even deal with people other than my family and the friends I knew before Hurricane Katrina. I’ve been in Texas almost 20 years come August 2025 and can honestly say I have only allowed 1 person to get close to me and I met her in Houston. She’s an Angel and I think God I met her before my situation as I probably would not have allowed her to get close to me either.
Ladies/Gentlemen: please understand the hardest part about an abuser is the first punch, first push, first slap, first verbal abusive comment. If you allow them to remain in your life after the first anything, you are setting yourself up for , “The Infamous Domestic/Verbal Violence Relationship.”
    U CANNOT CHANGE THESE PEOPLE.

I'm so hurt 😢 for her. Her story is deep and relative. Her story is exactly spot on of my sister, who is doing 30 years in Angola prison in Louisiana for killing her kids' father. She had multiple police reports for domestic violence and was still charged with manslaughter. His family did everything to keep her locked up and not make parole. I wish I could meet her and hug her tight because I totally feel her pain. Stay focused and keep your head up.

You can teach your children/son all the right things to do and explain all the wrong things not to do it’s the individuals choice on their own life! I am sure that no mother teaches their children how to hurt anyone!
My opinion is that we were taught to beat up on each other when you sit back and think about slavery how the so called masters would have a slave beat the other slave!!! I know I am going to far on that part but it’s just an opinion that I feel! It started from the beginning of time….

I chased him around the house with a knife I wanted him unalived. BUT GOD!! My daughter saved my life he almost beat me to death and she got the police there just in time, he went to jail, we broke up. I learned a lot through that situation. Plenty of women go through DV it’s up to you to take yourself and your kids out of the situation or stay there and deal with it. No woman should have to deal with that BUT…her whole I don’t remember stabbing him is a lie. She just doesn’t seem 100% believable to me. Her attitude just sitting there says a lot.

Ok im gonna comment before watching this video. I rarely do that but this title snatched me in real quick! I like to live out crazy vicariously or hell, let me say, algorithmly (maybe not a word but I'm making it one today!) through YT! So maybe i have just never been that upset or expected anyone OWED me a gift, PERSAY! BUT IM NOT GOING TO PRISON because of a gift! If people don't give you a gift on a special day it could be financial, maybe they genuinely forgot, NO ONE is OWED gifts!! So now im gonna watch this because i can't believe we live in a time where people can be this petty. Or self involved! The human condition can not be so sad!
