  • 30 minute yoga workout for full body strength bodyweight only! In this video Flo is guiding you through a 30 minute full body strength workout. We recorded this video in beautiful Sayulita, Mexico. All you need for this video is your mat. You can even practice on grass or carpet. Make sure your body is warmed up as well as your wrists. Take breaks whenever you need to, pause the video and join whenever you're ready again. We will work on core, shoulders and front body, back body strength and legs as well as mobility in the hips.

    That was a lot harder than I expected it to be! Those pistol squats are a killer! I have a lot of imbalances from years of working out incorrectly and, as a result, have injuries in my shoulders and back. I feel like your videos help to both stretch and strengthen the weak and sore areas. Thank you!

    I have been following your videos for quite some time and I must say, I really enjoy this class. This provide combination of strength and flexibility which I found useful for starting your day.     Can't stress enough how much I'm learning in every single of your videos so far. I thought I had strong abs but that sequence in the beginning taught me there still is plenty of room for improvement, just to name one thing I learned :P

    This would be the hardest class i guess that i ever took ,even after doing yoga with you guys for long this is a real pain in my neck 😅😅😅😅even to this day i feel pain in my body while doing it.

    Thanks Flo! Another great workout. I struggled a little trying to do the pistol squats without using my hands, any ideas that might help?

      Doing them more will make you stronger. Focus on the lowering down first to build the strength by resisting gravity then try going up from the low position.
