I dont usually leave negative comments on TH-cam because I appreciate the hard work that goes in making a video. I have been doing yoga for 4 years now. I did this set on two occasions and got shoulder-blades muscle injury both the times. This is not a good flow unless you have gym muscles in your back. The initial steps don’t warm up/stretch muscles to prepare you for the lob-sided pushes. Either the recommendation should be to warm up before the session or the sequence needs to better prepare for the high intensity poses to follow.
This was the most challenging practice I have ever done. Even though I wobbled or fell, this humbling experience was so worth it and I enjoyed a few mindful laughs along the way, thank you :)

I am a big fan of when you play the hand pan at the end of class, but I realize that the true sincerity, timing, and tone of the breathwork and meditation comes through when you are doing it right there with us. You often add some subtle music when that part of the practice starts. So maybe overlay your hand pan riffs as the background music? Just a thought!

Im 27 years old and working for my goals. During the meditation I started to cry, a lot. did this happen to somebody else? Also thank you for the lecture and the talking in the sets and the meditation, it helps. Keep up the good work and try to take some time for yourself.
