You are a Godsend!!! I have been looking for this video! So much better than so many others, showing exactly where the bolts are on the mounts. Thank you so much!!
Some cars have different issues you could have vibrations or clanking noise, however if your torque mount is worn out or the rubber is broken you can feel it more on the acceleration and sometimes your car will pull either right or left on acceleration.
@@junfam24 it def pulls to the left, what about if you take the car and jack it up on the lower mount side, then grab tire, and rotate it forwards and backwards quick, this causes the engine to rock back and forth. Same part?
This Ford Focus there known to have vibrations issues specially if your mount are broken, if your having a lot of vibration and you haven’t replace all the mount I would say just replace all three mount or you can do power brakes if you know how to do it and let someone Whats the engine if the engine goes up a lot the means your mount are not good.
@@junfam24 from up top it didn't look like much movement happened when shifting gears, seems to only happen when moving. I could even rev the engine and not hear anything until we started moving
It’s really hard to say what’s wrong because actually there’s a lot of factors could cause that issue and specially with this vehicle with the dual clutch they have issues on vibrations or shaking when shifting, I’m not sure if this is your issues.
I would just try to find at the parts store, you can probably bring the other bolt to match the size and treads of the bolt, or you can try at Home Depot, again just bring the other bolt to match it.
