Elena Tonra is able to transport my inner feelings. A part of it. But enough to bring me to tears. The whole soundtrack of "LiS BtS"... i am so thankful for that, for writing and composing songs, that touched me in a way, I never thought other songs could touch me. Normally i hear different music. But Daughter brought me in touch with indie-folk...indie-rock... if you could mean so.

Elena, Daughter and I have a very special connection. I don't look for the feelings Elena and her art give me, no one wants to be longing and wanting with a knot in their throat, feeling and seeing things that aren't there, not all the time. Somehow, no matter where I am or how I feel, I travel into a place with Elena, a place it's alright to be sad and I don't feel as lonely. Afterwards, I'm left with feeling as if I've got through something, and I feel better.
