thanks for the feed back. I have learned that there is always some one who dislikes other peoples vids for what ever reason. I just ignore it and go on with my life. Glad i was of some help to you.
Bro kudos to you I've been trying to figure out why the codes wouldn't blink for months now! Didn't know you had to turn ignition on and off. Mine doesn't want to start either I've replaced the relay switch already but I really feel like it's some type of fuel problem thank you so much. I'll definitely be doing this in the morning.
No Pep Boys does not do everything for less. I needed my powersteering hose on my car replaced. The hose retailed for $80 at Autozone. I called Pep Boys in Dallas, TX and they told me the job was $99 dollars per hour and they had a four hour minimum. With the cost of the hose which they marked up, the job would have been over $500 dollars. My friend told me to take my car to a mexican shop and they took 45 minutes and charged me $45 dollars for the same job Pep Boys was wanting to charge me $500
Hellooo!! Thanks for sharing this info. It was very helpful. Looks like you haven’t made any videos in a long time. Do you plan on making any time soon?
Can someone help me out I’ve had a 92 Honda Accord come into my possession and the owner was family so I know it’s history and a year or so ago it ran fine when parked and now that I have it the fuel pump appears to be not working so is it possibly the relay or do I need to pull the tank and replace the pump
Good video bro, I checked mine but mine seemed fine but then again I'm not very good with electronics lol. I will have it double checked just in case. Thanks bro
@beastvan86 The fuel relay is located under the dash on the driver side you will see a silver metal box this ie cruise controll unit un bolt and let it hang you will then see the fuel relay unit squar box with metal bracket next to a black box (fan rely) It is somewhat difficult to get it out or it was for me. I will make a vid and post soon (weather permiting)
I'm pretty sure that the long blinks are 10's and the short blinks are 1's... at least on my 93 accord ex... and I didn't have to turn the key on 3 times either... it worked for me just to turn it on one time.
Thanks for the comment. I was folllowing direction from an old web sight. then learned the right way as you said after the fact. As for the condition of the car. Well it wasnt mine. it was one i was working on for a friend. but it is long gone now. So i dont need to mess with it ever again lol.
@NikeBlazer623 if you want to know how to check your codes it is simple. just locate the interface on your car as i did and do thre same thing i did. but if it is on all the time when you do this there may be more of a problem.
i have a 93. Twice in the last 2 months it just died on the freeway. The starter turns like crazy, but she doesn't turn over. Battery is new. Does that sound like what was going on with this one?
i have the japanese model 5 cyl honda accord. it does the same thing does not start up. i researched and all says that it should be the main relay. is the main relay and fuel relay the same thing?
That thing looks like more like a trash can then a car... also you dont have to turn the key to check the codes thats in OBD-2 cars. All you have to do is put the clip in
Cody Ganson dude u sound sooo fucking miserable, its not other people's fault your life sucks so grow up and get your shit straight and stop trying to diss people that are doing something to help others just to make u feel better about your sorry ass life u dumb fuck
i gotta repair my main relay. she will start in the morning when the cabin is cool but during the heat of the day it won't. i know my fuel pump is okay cause the car runs fine when i push start it.
idle control system. I"m betting you just need to clean a few things out in the fuel delivery system. that's why your car's engine is erratic and high idling.
If it acts like it almost wants to start, it could be the fuel pump in the tank. Or the ignition coil if no spark off the dummy spark plug grounded out.
I have spark runs on carb cleaner no fuel I replaced the fuel pump and the relay under the dash I should have all elements needed to run it could be out of timing but that's not going to stop fuel delivery at least I have not heard of it I have been on this problem a year now
Alex Amaya first thing is first okay, you need to determine whether the no start problem is because of no fuel delivery to the cylinders, or no ignition, or possibly something else. Start off by making sure you're getting fuel to the fuel system is the fuel pump running?? Are you getting fuel to the fuel rail?? An easy test here is remove the fuel relay, and then inject starting fluid into the induction system and see if the engine will start and burn that off. If it will run on starting fluid but it's not running on its own fuel system then you have a fuel related problem. Could be a blown fuse, could be a plug fuel filter, could be a leak in the line, could be a regulator, could be a bad fuel pump. if the engine still will not start with ether then check your spark and make sure you're getting good spark to your cylinders. If you're not getting spark then you've got an ignition system problem and you need to check out your ignition system. Also when the engine cranks over does it sound correctly does it sound like it has appropriate compression or is it possible that the engine jump time?? This is where I would start my diagnostic process. Step 1 make sure you're getting fuel to the cylinders, step to make sure you're getting spark to the cylinders. Start there and see what you end up with

thanks for the valuable information
My dad has a 1990 accord and it has no problems and it ran 372km or something like that
i gotta repair my main relay. she will start in the morning when the cabin is cool but during the heat of the day it won't. i know my fuel pump is okay cause the car runs fine when i push start it.

What do you suggest cleaning??
I have a 92 and a 93 my 93 runs my 92 will not get fuel I switched relays and nothing changed I'm really confused
If it acts like it almost wants to start, it could be the fuel pump in the tank. Or the ignition coil if no spark off the dummy spark plug grounded out.
A distributor is a common fix as well.
I have spark runs on carb cleaner no fuel I replaced the fuel pump and the relay under the dash I should have all elements needed to run it could be out of timing but that's not going to stop fuel delivery at least I have not heard of it I have been on this problem a year now
@@JohnDoe-uk7vh did u get it fixed I've been having the same problem for a year now also. Checked dizzy and main relay and timing.,.....HELP 🆘🆘
Hey my 93 Honda wouldn’t start I changed the relay but it’s still won’t start
What could I do to fix it ?

Am I wrong for laughing at the first 3 seconds?
If you referring to the mess, well not everyone is spiffy neat. So sorry for that.
Ohh no we all been there you just remind me of Ed Bassmaster aha good vid tho man 👍🏿
holy crap dude u got a trash dump in your car,cb7 abuse.
Oil light on? hmmm that's a "dummy light" meaning add oil dummy!
@boointd YEA LOL IT NEEDS OIL MAN GEEEZEEEE AND DONT COLD REV UR DAM HONDAS!!!!!
thats what it is the maine relay
Where is the main relay in 92 accord rite hand drive glove box or by coin thing
B Peters main relay is under driver side dash. Behind the silver box (Cruise Control)
My 92 died on me last night think i have the same problem going to see
dude sick beard :P
Same thing is happening to my car.
Sorry to hear that. Did you get it fixed ok?
Has a knock buddy
change oil wires spark plugs and thats it
What I would do is just put in a JDM H engine.
bmwmsport11 that would be pretty stupid because u would still end up with a car that wont start until u fixed or replace the main relay
Check the RPM cause it's too high
Code 41 02 sensor
car is so sexy looking
your rpm is high
Cb7 abuse for real lol
