For trans guys that can't get testosterone injections (or trans guys in general): foods that increase testosterone: avocados, green tea, wild fish, organic vegetables. Foods that decrease estrogen: mushrooms, cabbage, dark chocolate, whole grains, cabbage, grapes, garlic, lentils, and beans.

+Un Original I know this comment's old now, but get ones that are a little too big and then hold them up with a belt. Also dark jeans are better for passing because it's more difficult to see shadows on the fabric, so you don't really need to pack. Tracksuits are also really great.

If you saw a trans woman say...Blaire White, you'd find her attractive if you didnt know she was trans. It's just how it works buddy, sorry I didnt make the rules. If you tell a person who identifies as trans to go to a doctor to "help" them, itll most likely end up in their favor, not yours. The doctors will probably end up giving them testosterone or estrogen since we cant change the human brain. Being trans isnt biology? The brain is biology. Since we dont have the technology to change the brain, trans people will change their bodies. You may think that trans people get special treatment, however that is a false image conservatives love to give out to have more power with their argument, but it ultimately fails when an actual trans person speaks up. I mean hell, you over here "correcting" people is making them probably more suicidal. They cant help it that they were born that way, with a Male brain and a female body and vice versa. I'd say to do some research on this topic before you say anything, because clearly you are only doing this to be an ass and even going to the length of convincing others and even yourself that you dont want to "play pretend". This is not pretend. This is science and biology, and I'm sorry if you dont like to use their correct pronouns or if you dont like trans people in general, but for the sake of being respectful please be. I saw in one of your other comments that you'd rather have truth than play pretend. This is the truth, their brains are Male, and as such the brain would like to hear words that correspond with said gender, otherwise it can lead to suicide. Talk to other trans men about their experiences. Look at the details of physical transition options and see which (if any) appeal. If you don't already have a gender neutral or masculine name, try and find a name that better suits you. Have trusted people call you by that name and he/him pronouns, and see how it feels. In my experience, getting used to the name takes a while. Cut your hair, and wear more masculine clothes. Wear a packer (something in one's pants that appears as genitals). Depending on the variety of packer, it may just be aesthetic, or it may allow you to stand while peeing (stand-to-pee or STP device). Train your voice to reach lower notes, and sound more monotonous.
Talk to a LGBTQ+ friendly doctor about any relevant physical transition options, whether that is starting hormone replacement therapy (HRT), having top surgery (there are multiple types of top surgery as well, which all have the result of removing breast tissue to produce a masculine chest), having lower surgery (which may include surgically constructing new genitals, and/or genital nullification for your original genitals).
Watch more trans people on the internet, like Sam Collins here, and Jammidodger (a british trans man known for his photo a day on testosterone). Another good internet resource is the Tumblr user Transgender Teen Survival Guide, which has a lot of information on dealing with dysphoria, passing as male, information on various physical and social transition options. I'm sure there are a lot of location-specific groups that help trans people who are early on in their transition (whether physical, social, or both). All the best.
