- hey youtube fam, this is an active stretching practice i do almost everyday when i wake up. it brings a lot of movement into the body and will help you feel better almost instantly. the nice part about this little journey is you can do it anytime during the day. if you have been sitting for a while this is an awesome session to throw on and move your body a little bit. have fun and let me know how it goes!
