I’m on day 3 of this challenge. Having done yoga for the last 43 years I thoroughly enjoyed the last 3 sessions with Tim. His beach seems idyllic compared to the damp muddy Devon view I have. Loved his message and the way he puts it across …and the sound of the sea is beautiful
Loved this practice Tim! Felt really good - smooth and mellow sequence, yet still quite strengthening - all the right moves in the right order (at least for my body)! Thank you.
I'm getting back into yoga after rotator cuff surgery. This is exactly what I needed: a gentle re-start with lots of good stretching. So glad I found Yoga with Tim!
Day 3 complete. As a complete newbie, Tim, I appreciate your calm voice and direction. It helps me when you say "right" leg forward and "left" arm up, for example, as sometimes trying to follow you, I get the wrong side going haha.

Hey tim! third year doing the challenge - best way to start my new year. the location with the ocean sounds is an incredible addition to this year's challenge as I am finding the sound of the waves helping to increase my focus and the classes seem to fly by. thank you for this especially since i am on the northeast where it is cold and dark. i do the challenge daily at 630 am before work so you transport me to a warm space!
Yes! I'm doing the challenge in Stockholm and it's such an interesting experience to be surrounded by snow and wind and inside my room there are waves and soft light - and in the middle somewhere my focus and movements. Thanks for your content ✨

You could have edited the part out where you changed your mind and decided not to do that particular pose in week one and it would have been perfectly synched. But you kept it in, making it feel real. You're authentic in your guidance and poses. I really like that! In my past I regularly exercised but now into my late 50s I stopped. Browsing through TH-cam I came across your 30 day challenge, I’m on day 3. Remembering not to do harm to myself, I am noticing how my body is enjoying the gradual opening of my body parts and no discomfort. Thank you 🙏🏾
Day 3 - enjoying the challenge. I come a tradition of more static style (Iyengar) and have been practising for quite a long time. But as an older person, I believe in trying something new and I’m enjoying these videos. Best wishes from Australia where I live on the far south coast🙏

Thank you Tim. I’ve been practicing in corridor (safest place in the apartment) while morning missile shelling of my city. It helped a lot to keep my mind somewhere else, distracted, thinking of sunny beach and ocean waves.

Happy to have completed day 3 as I was especially nervous whether I would be able to do it today. I started a new job today and I was worried I would be too tired in the evening to sit down on my mat. As it turns out, it was just what I felt like doing after coming home from a very positive first day experience. Thank you for being a part of my life. And making it better. I hope i will be able to continue to make time and space for the daily practice during the 30 days. It’s interesting but I am doing dry January and it almost feels like the 20 minute yoga session with you is a replacement for a glass of wine.
I'm really liking these short and easy practices. I CAN do the longer ones, but at this point I'm just not feeeeeeling motivated ( 😉) to commit to such. Much thanks, T! 😊
Very happy to still be with you for day three and feeling strong. I sometimes get twinges in my body and have to stop the challenge after a few days because I push to do what I can and not what I should- and then injure my silly self. I am being non-violent this time around and I am hoping it will be more sustainable. Thank you very much for the classes, Tim.
A hectic day after sleeping in and running errands before and after work, but I happily had this lovely practice to stretch out and relax before bed! Also, I was pretty bunged up with the sniffles but am totally breathing clearly now thanks 🙏

Day 3/30 done! I went for a run with my dog and ended up on my mat for day 3. Beautiful message. And yes, I have forced myself to do certain poses before. Today, I said, I have nothing to prove to myself or anyone - just kindness to myself is enough. At the beginning of the session, I could not even sit on the ground with my legs crossed. I needed a meditation bench. Now here I am, after day 3, sitting with my legs crossed on the floor. I am beginning to open up. THANK YOU, Tim! I sent the challenge to sister in Manila, the Philippines. She loved day 1. We have both been going through some losses in our family. Would it sound strange if I said this feels like home? Thank you, Tim! This feels like a warm embrace. I am in Eindhoven, the Netherlands! Namaste! 🙏🏼
Thank you for the positive intentions and the “ok, you’re flexible, we get it!” My mind instantly went to my SIL with a chuckle. 2 months post boot removal and I’m still struggling to balance on the foot that was broken. I’m sure there is smoke coming out of my ears as I try to concentrate my way into a balance.
